Ferienwohnung Strandstraße

Our "Holiday Apartment 3" was newly renovated in 2021 as a "studio," meaning it’s a one-room apartment with a corner kitchen, a dining table with chairs, a small couch (which can be folded out as a pull-out bed), and a double bed, featuring a small entryway and a modern, well-appointed bathroom with a shower. The kitchenette is spacious and fully equipped with a refrigerator, a ceramic-top stove, and a dishwasher. All necessary kitchen utensils are provided. Of course, there is also a TV with satellite connection. The room is bright and inviting. The floor space of approximately 30 m² easily accommodates an additional children’s bed.<br>Thanks to the fold-out couch, it’s also possible to provide a sleeping space for an older child. Outside the door is a covered terrace with a privacy screen, patio furniture, and an umbrella. The apartment is located on the road leading directly to the main beach access, as its name “Alte Strandstraße” suggests. The apartment is situated in the “old village” of Zinnowitz, between the Baltic Sea and the Achterwasser lagoon. It’s about 1,400 metres to the beach, approximately a 15-minute walk. The town centre, train station, and shopping areas are all within easy walking distance. The parking space is located right next to the apartment, in front of the terrace.
