NEW Flagstaff single-story home with a beautiful backyard and Hot Tub!

Beautifully built single-story home right off Route 66 in Flagstaff (built in 2022). Amazing indoor/outdoor space with hot tub, shuffleboard table, putting green, seating area, and fire pit. Great for a family getaway! This is the ideal location for exploring the many sites of Northern Arizona - minutes to Downtown Flagstaff, Snowbowl Ski Resort, Sedona, and the Grand Canyon. The house is loaded with amenities and fun for the whole family!

Please note that parties are not allowed.
Hot tub was recently installed and guests must agree to waiver for use of hot tub or reservation can be canceled by host.

There is room for one car in the garage and 2 in the driveway. Overnight street parking is NOT allowed in the community.

Note: Property contains external security cameras in the front of the house, and one in the backyard. The camera in the backyard is pointed AWAY from the hot tub to give guests privacy.

Great location in Flagstaff

First off the house is in a great neighborhood with easy access to both the main highway and Flagstaff. An easy drive from Phoenix which is where we flew into. The house was clean and had amazing amenities for the whole family including games for the kids. The Hot Tub was well maintained along with the overall property. Would definitely book again when we are back out that way!
