Great location, views, and property! The condo was a good fit for a family of four. The host left us great starters for dishwasher, soaps, paper towels, etc. and even beach chairs were awesome! Grills on the property were in great shape. All four of us had a wonderful time. Had breakfast on the third floor patio and enjoyed the views.

Enjoyable view from the balcony (ocean and greens), high chairs and table. Perfect place for coffee and breakfast every day. Unit nicely designed and comfortable. Located right next to public pickleball courts was a highlight for us. We loved our stay here.

Great family vacation

This property was the perfect place for our family to stay. The location was central for the activities we did around the island. Having laundry in the room made packing easier for kids.

Great property In Kihei

Clean condo with a nice view of the ocean and property. Pool and hot tub were always sparkling clean. Everyone staying on the property was friendly…many were repeat customers which was encouraging! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in Kihei. Hope we make it back soon!

Nice room and amenities. A good deep cleaning is what the unit needs as lots of dust and fingerprints around

Great view & location!!!

Our stay was amazing. The location was great! More of a suburban area & very close to good restaurants & grocery stores. We were 15 mins from Wailea & about 30 mins from Lahaina & Kaanapali. It was the perfect location for our group, since it was pretty central to everything we were interested in. The listing was clean & had all the essentials like beach chairs/towels/cooler & coffee maker & even welcome snacks. Our beds were comfy & bathrooms were roomie & clean. We really enjoyed our stay & would stay there again.

Affordable and spacious.

It's a 10 min drive to great beaches for swimming and a 5 min walk to a beach to sunbathe or walk at. The pool and jacuzzi in the common area could use some TLC. Overall, great stay. No elevators for the second floor in case it's critical. Thank you!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My party of 6 stayed with CBI for 7 nights and couldn't have asked for a better experience. House was clean and plenty of towels/linens were provided. Nice big kitchen with lots of kitchen appliances and pots/pans which made life very easy. Great view of the ocean from here as well, would absolutely stay again.

Centrally located, easy access to all locations of the island

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice location, well maintained complex. Well supplied with toiletries, cleaning supplies, laundry soap, beach chairs, towels. Easy check in and check out. Minor details, but place could use some touch ups to freshen up paint and dust high areas (lots of dust looking down from loft).

Scenic Bliss With A Cleaning Miss!

Pros - great view, good location, nice property and surroundings, nice kitchen and well stocked, nice bathroom vanities, comfortable beds and little extras a nice touch. Cons - dirty floors, dusty furniture, stained and dirty living room chairs, unusable safebox (locked) and old upstairs shower. The property just needs a little TLC. But we still really enjoyed our time in Maui :) Donato August 2023

3 weeks of paradise

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a fantastic stay! The unit was well equipped and very comfortable. The furniture could use a deep clean, the screen door to the lanai could use some lubrication in the tracks and those curtains didn’t not pull well with the cords too heavy?) Otherwise everything else was perfectly lovely The CBIP team was generally responsive to our inquiries. Location was ideal and centrally located. A definite must stay?!

Upon arrival, I noticed that the unit wasn’t super clean. There were smudge/hand prints on the tv and slider, bugs in the dishwasher, bugs in the upstairs bedroom (all week - perhaps a screen tear somewhere that needs to be addressed) and hair/mold in the bathroom. It is definitely in need of a deep clean, especially in the upper loft/ceilings. Additionally, the couch is ripped up and could use some care. On our 2nd day there was a plumbing issue. The toilet upstairs backed up and there was water pouring into the downstairs bathroom. It took many calls and quite a bit of waiting to finally get a response that no one would come out that night. They gave us a smaller unit that could only hold 3 of the 4 of us, leaving one without plumbing for the night. I had to ask for cleaning (there was inches of toilet water everywhere after all), which was provided eventually. It was indicated by the property manager I would receive some type of compensation, however after days of trying to call/email, I have been fully ghosted. On the positive, the beach gear provided was super helpful and the 2nd bedroom was great. Kitchen was fully stocked with all needed supplies (although several pans were dirty and we had to clean).

Nice unit. Need a little more attention to detail with some aging furniture but in general a good unit. There was some main water line issues right in front of the neighborhood. It made traffic horrible. Was told my a local that there was flooding earlier in the year so the local authorities are trying to fix something there. My guess this will be resolved over the next 2-3 months but who knows. In general a good value stay. Beach is not the amazing sandy and clear beach you see around the island. The neighborhood HOA doesn’t do a good job of cleaning up the debris near the beach so it’s sad seeing large trash items near the beach.

Spring Break

Location was good, property is pretty and well kept. Unit was a bit tired…cushions on furniture looked soiled, bath towels had make-up stains. One towel smelled of mildew, I washed it with a load and it still smelled. Could not get ceiling fans to work in any room?!? The tabletop fan next to long bed is fire hazard due to the amount of dust buildup…not to mention downright disgusting. We enjoyed our stay in Maui but would not return to this unit.

Overall - it was OK

The unit was very clean and well situated. The big downsides however for us - we were a family of 5 and even though it sleeps 6 - it is not set up for 6 people - to small and not equipped. There were only 4 beach towels, 4 beach chairs and the lack of "dining' space was limited if you all want to sit together. They only supplied 3 roles of TP per bathroom, as well as limited other supplies like garbage bags etc. it is like they rely on customers to buy things and them leave them behind when they are not used.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We traveled as 2 couples so we had the downstairs bedroom converted to a king bed. We cooked in a couple times and there was plenty of cookware and dishes, etc. The community bb grills work great. Pool and hot tub are cleaned every day. We saw whales from the balcony a couple nights. The only thing small was that there were a couple places that could have been cleaned better (fans in bathrooms are dusty, baseboards). Overall, the unit was clean - just not perfectly spotless. Not enough to lower the 5 star rating.

Great location and family friendly!

The property was well stocked with everything you needed including laundry and kitchen supplies. We appreciated the beach gear and cooler for when we were out all day. My only negative would be the living room chairs could use replacing or slip covers, they are very badly stained and we ended up getting blankets to cover them while we stayed.
