As you enter, you are welcomed by the sophisticated modern decor. This condo has been beautifully updated. The guest bedroom is located on the first floor with two twin beds that can convert to a king upon request. Complete with a ceiling fan and split AC.

The guest bathroom is exquisite! With a tiled walk-in shower, glass doors, and a spacious vanity. You will luxuriate in the soothing spa-like feel.

Nobody will mind cooking in this decked-out modern kitchen! Well-equipped with every convenience any home chef would need. Enjoy the double oven, stainless steel appliances, and inviting eat-up island.

The living area is open and spacious! Relax after a fun-filled day on Maui. Complete with a convertible sofa, for additional sleeping, a flat-screen TV, ceiling fan, and split AC to keep cool anytime of year. The floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors allow for spectacular views and seamless indoor/outdoor living. Enjoy dining al fresco to a breathtaking Maui sunset with a high-top table for four.

The primary bedroom is located on the second level. Drift off for the perfect night's rest in this California King bed. Complete with a flat-screen TV, ceiling fan, and split AC. The ensuite bath is luxurious! With a large vanity and shower/tub combo. The modern feel of this condo is carried throughout.

Luana Kai Resort has many amenities to enjoy with four free tennis and pickleball courts, free self-parking, a heated freshwater swimming pool, hot tub, two dry saunas, putting green, shuffleboard, and an abundance of lush tropical landscaping. In addition to the 2.5-mile long beach in front of Luana Kai, there are more than a dozen other sandy coves and beaches nearby, including Keawakapu, Kamaole I, Kamaole II, Kamaole III, and Charley Young. Close to downtown Kihei with many shops and restaurants to explore. Please note, the entire complex is a non-smoking property, and there are no elevators, so expect to use stairs on upper floors.

Great location, views, and property! The condo was a good fit for a family of four. The host left us great starters for dishwasher, soaps, paper towels, etc. and even beach chairs were awesome! Grills on the property were in great shape. All four of us had a wonderful time. Had breakfast on the third floor patio and enjoyed the views.

Enjoyable view from the balcony (ocean and greens), high chairs and table. Perfect place for coffee and breakfast every day. Unit nicely designed and comfortable. Located right next to public pickleball courts was a highlight for us. We loved our stay here.

Great property In Kihei

Clean condo with a nice view of the ocean and property. Pool and hot tub were always sparkling clean. Everyone staying on the property was friendly…many were repeat customers which was encouraging! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in Kihei. Hope we make it back soon!

Great view & location!!!

Our stay was amazing. The location was great! More of a suburban area & very close to good restaurants & grocery stores. We were 15 mins from Wailea & about 30 mins from Lahaina & Kaanapali. It was the perfect location for our group, since it was pretty central to everything we were interested in. The listing was clean & had all the essentials like beach chairs/towels/cooler & coffee maker & even welcome snacks. Our beds were comfy & bathrooms were roomie & clean. We really enjoyed our stay & would stay there again.

Affordable and spacious.

It's a 10 min drive to great beaches for swimming and a 5 min walk to a beach to sunbathe or walk at. The pool and jacuzzi in the common area could use some TLC. Overall, great stay. No elevators for the second floor in case it's critical. Thank you!

Nice unit. Need a little more attention to detail with some aging furniture but in general a good unit. There was some main water line issues right in front of the neighborhood. It made traffic horrible. Was told my a local that there was flooding earlier in the year so the local authorities are trying to fix something there. My guess this will be resolved over the next 2-3 months but who knows. In general a good value stay. Beach is not the amazing sandy and clear beach you see around the island. The neighborhood HOA doesn’t do a good job of cleaning up the debris near the beach so it’s sad seeing large trash items near the beach.

Scenic Bliss With A Cleaning Miss!

Pros - great view, good location, nice property and surroundings, nice kitchen and well stocked, nice bathroom vanities, comfortable beds and little extras a nice touch. Cons - dirty floors, dusty furniture, stained and dirty living room chairs, unusable safebox (locked) and old upstairs shower. The property just needs a little TLC. But we still really enjoyed our time in Maui :) Donato August 2023

Spring Break

Location was good, property is pretty and well kept. Unit was a bit tired…cushions on furniture looked soiled, bath towels had make-up stains. One towel smelled of mildew, I washed it with a load and it still smelled. Could not get ceiling fans to work in any room?!? The tabletop fan next to long bed is fire hazard due to the amount of dust buildup…not to mention downright disgusting. We enjoyed our stay in Maui but would not return to this unit.

Overall - it was OK

The unit was very clean and well situated. The big downsides however for us - we were a family of 5 and even though it sleeps 6 - it is not set up for 6 people - to small and not equipped. There were only 4 beach towels, 4 beach chairs and the lack of "dining' space was limited if you all want to sit together. They only supplied 3 roles of TP per bathroom, as well as limited other supplies like garbage bags etc. it is like they rely on customers to buy things and them leave them behind when they are not used.

Updated but not flawless

First and most important priority for our family was accessibility for the seniors in our family Unfortunately, this place is on the third floor (stairs, no elevator) which was NOT in the listing anywhere. The place itself is clean and updated with a modern look but shows its wear with items that should have been checked and updated.. the sliding door was hard to open and close (as mentioned by a previous renter) but has not been lubricated. The remotes for the fans either had dead batteries or corroded battery terminals which made them unusable til we got fresh batteries. The fridge filter needed to be replaced and the fridge/freezer at one point was not cooling at all. The tv remote would not work and a new remote was provided towards the end of the stay. Despite these shortcomings, the responsiveness and willingness to help by the property manager was wonderful. The location is wonderful with a nearby beach, park, and pickleball court. The pool is small and usually crowded in the evenings but then again, we didn't come here to swim in the pool. All said, I'd stay in this property again but not if we have people who have difficulty walking up stairs.

We cooked in a couple times and there was plenty of cookware and dishes, etc. The community bb grills work great. Pool and hot tub are cleaned every day. We saw whales from the balcony a couple nights.The only thing small was that there were a couple places that could have been cleaned better (fans in bathrooms are dusty, baseboards). Overall, the unit was clean - just not perfectly spotless. Not enough to lower the 5 star rating.

Great location and family friendly!

The property was well stocked with everything you needed including laundry and kitchen supplies. We appreciated the beach gear and cooler for when we were out all day. My only negative would be the living room chairs could use replacing or slip covers, they are very badly stained and we ended up getting blankets to cover them while we stayed.
