HI-TEK MANOR

We stayed for 3 days in January and it was perfect. Quite neighborhood and a clean house. The owners were easy to contact and were extremely nice. Highly recommend.

Loved the inside

I loved the inside of the place the neighborhood is not the nicest. It’s also about 30 min from Charleston so not bad if you want some where nice to stay. Driving into the place the neighborhood was a little sketchy but the place is very nice inside.

Great place

The check-in process was easy and communication with the host was great. When we arrived, we noticed the water wasn’t on, we contacted the host and he called to let us know someone was on their way. Within 20 min of contact, we had water and he contacted to verify it was on for us. The house was clean and organized. Would definitely rent from them again!

The master bedroom was very comfy. My 3yr old loved the bunk beds in the other room. My 15yr old was not as impressed with them. The futon in the living room was not very comfortable, but all the extra pillows made it a little more manageable. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The place was neat and clean and the neighborhood was safe.

Very small and quaint. A little smaller than i expected but overall very nice. It was very clean and Allen was very easy to communicate and deal with!:) i would definetely recommend staying here especially if you only need somewhere to sleep as there is very little couch space for just sitting around! But i would recommend them:)

The area wasn't the best but I knew to expect that when I booked the BnB, as I'm from Charleston. What I didn't expect was the amount of mosquitos and gnats in every room of the house. The dishwasher wasn't mounted to the floor so when loading it I almost dropped all of the dishes on the floor. The TV in the living room had a huge sunspot across the top of the screen and made everything half black and white and half color. The couch in the living room had a huge dip in it so it was uncomfortable to sit on. The shower/bath faucet was leaking everywhere and made a huge mess every time we tried to shower. All in all I don't think I would recommend this BnB to anyone.

Great experience

Allen had great communication and was very accommodating and patient. The neighbor was overall pretty quiet. All nice hardworking neighbors. The house was clean and functional. will be staying there again!

Not enough room for large families

The property manager was very quick to respond to our messages. The bad part is the neighborhood, there was a bad smell by the driveway. Not sure if it was coming from the septic or the neighbors.

Nice place just crowded location

Overall the place was nice and had a lot of nice features. The pictures however lead me to believe (and this very well could be my fault) that it is actually a single house not a duplex. For my brothers and I it worked just fine because we were golfing, checking out the town of Charleston, and eating good food. Neighbors got a bit noisy at times which we didn’t mind. Clean place, one last thing; those bunk beds can only support people up to the weight of 100 lbs because they were NOT sturdy. With that said for My group of 5 guys going to golf, this was perfect and for the best price around.Thanks for the stay and hope you appreciate the honest review.

Value propositions

Nice tv and games available. Good coffee and ok beds. It’s a good value for what you pay. Neighborhood feels a bit sketchy but had no issues.

Great place!

The property was exceptionally clean and comfortable for the family. We had easy access to Charleston and many other areas. The bed was super comfortable. The property owner was quick to respond and was amazing. We really appreciated the coffee. 😁

Perfect!

Has everything you need and clean.. Love all the amenities. Perfect for my 4 dogs also. Has a backyard that is fenced in. Neighbors are very nice. We would definetly stay there again.
