The (non-smoking) holiday flat is located in the former barn building and has a separate entrance. It has a terrace (redesigned April 2020) with direct access to the garden (3000 square metres). The premises consist of a large living room and lounge with kitchenette. The kitchenette was completely renovated in 2011 and has a dishwasher/oven and extractor bonnet. The bathroom is large and has a bathtub with shower. In the bedroom you will find a large double bed. If necessary, an extra bed/bunk bed for children can be set up in the bedroom (travel cot for small children or cot 1.30 m is available). In the living area there is a box-spring sofa bed (160x200) for 2 persons. The flat is fully tiled and has underfloor heating. (New heating since 06.2011) Bed linen and towels are provided free of charge for the duration of your holiday. A WLAN connection is available on request. Children are especially welcome. (highchairs in different sizes are available)
Unzenberg: Beautifully situated in the heart of the Hunsrück (near Simmern/Kirchberg Hunsrück). As excursion destinations we can offer you the rivers: Rhine, Nahe, Moselle and Saar with their historical places. But also our forests and villages on the Hunsrück heights invite you to linger. (Soonwaldsteig, Rheintalsteig, excellent hiking trails/dream loops etc.). Kirchberg (3 km) Simmern district town (7 km)
