With a perfect beachfront location, you will have no trouble getting your fill of sunshine on the warm sand. Plus, the indoor and outdoor shared pools, sauna, and fitness center will also spoil you and your guests when you aren't venturing out into the city. Any downtime spent at home base will be a treat for the whole gang, as the chef of the group can hop into the full kitchen prepare tasty recipes on modern appliances while everyone else gathers in the living room to kick back and watch a favorite show on the flatscreen TV. The private balcony will be just the place to sip cocktails and watch the pinks and purples of sunset reflect off of the emerald water below. Plus, everyone will sleep well with plush mattresses in each of the three bedrooms as the sound of the tide is ever-present just outside.

THINGS TO KNOW
Please note that group rentals are not allowed at Summer House on Romar Beach. No more than 5 units may be rented for groups of any kind. Any bookings found to be in violation of this policy will result in a fine of $500.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
