Enjoy the sand and surf of East Matunuck State Beach! We are just one mile away from this beautiful state beach that offers gentle waves, clean sand, and gorgeous views to Block Island.

After you spend a full day enjoying the beaches, you can easily swing by the Snug Harbor marinas to grab the fresh catch of the day for dinner, or start your day's adventures with breakfast by the sea. There is shopping to be had, and after you explore this quaint town, nearby Narragansett offers even more beaches, shopping, and restaurants. 3 minute walk to Matunuck Oyster Bar!

When you return home, you will be greeted with a spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bath home. The fully renovated kitchen features quartz countertops and a large island seating for six. Enjoy the spacious decks and the sun drenched living rooms. Both living areas are equipped with smart TV's and the house is equipped with highspeed wifi.

We typically fill up during the summer months fast, so don't miss your opportunity to build memories with your family and friends!

Notes: This property utilizes external audio and video surveillance cameras covering all entries and exits, as well the driveway and rear of the property.
We require Saturday to Saturday rentals in peak season (May-September)

We had a great stay. The location was perfect - quick trip to the beautiful beach. Communication with host was fine. The kitchen worked well for our party of 6 adults and two children. The only hitch was that the cleaning service wasn't done when it was time to check in. Wi-fi worked great.

Perfect Accomodations

The house is terrific. Great layout with space and room for everyone with fantastic kitchen that has everything, Two living areas with couches, tv’s, nice room with big table for games and puzzles. Close to Th r beaches, Love being able to walk to Snug Harbor in the morning, to grab a coffee at the marina before rest of the family is up and going. It checks all the boxes for Summer getaway in RI.

Another Wonderful Week!

I cannot say enough good things about our vacation in Snug Harbor. The house is immaculate and appointed with everything you need in a home away from home. The location is ideal-close to good food, beaches, and a variety of activities appropriate for all ages. Erica and Jeff are the best hosts I’ve ever worked with-warm, friendly, and very responsive via email or text if necessary. It really was a truly wonderful week and the fact that this was our 3rd year coming back to this lovely home should say it all. Now we hope for year number 4-to be back in 2026!

Family celebration

Vacation with our two adult sons and their fiancees. Quiet neighborhood. House was immaculate. Kitchen completely supplied and just renovated. New appliances, cabinets. Two decks. The beach was close (and free because we stayed after Labor Day). Easy drive to Newport, BI Ferry. Rail Explorers was great fun. Loved our stay, and the area.

Amazing RI Vacation

Our group of adults/grown children and their friends thoroughly enjoyed this home! It was spacious and clean. The location was perfect - we were able to visit several state beaches, the aquarium in Mystic, several restaurants, Newport shopping and chartered a boat for deep sea fishing. We would highly recommend this listing!

Wonderful Week…again!

After coming to Rhode Island to vacation with family for over 10 years, we discovered this lovely home last year. We were thrilled to be able to return this summer! The Snug Harbor location is quiet, relaxing, and close to the beach and delicious seafood-it could not be better! The house itself is everything you would want for a home away from home. It is extremely well appointed and immaculately clean. With two separate living rooms, a new open kitchen, two decks, and a big backyard, it is very spacious and can accommodate a big family (we had children and grandchildren with us!). Erica and Jeff are gracious hosts and always available for any questions (thanks to both of you!). Our whole experience in this lovely Snug Harbor home was fantastic-for the second time-and I highly recommend it to anyone wanting to vacation in RI. SO hoping we can be back again in 2025!!

Great location!

House works great for extended families. Great sleeping arrangements. Bathrooms are very nice and updated. Everything you need is there for a beach vacation. The kitchen is small and needs upgrades but living space is perfect with two separate areas. Great decks! Quiet street for the kids to play. Overall this home was enjoyed by all.

Wonderful Week!

My husband and I, along with our children and grandchildren have been coming from Florida to vacation in Rhode Island for over 10 years. I only wish we could have discovered this house sooner. Everything about our stay was delightful! The Snug Harbor community is quiet, relaxing and in great location-close to the beach and delicious seafood! The house was amazing! So spacious! With two separate living rooms there was plenty of space for “together” games or “alone”quiet time yet each area was large enough for all to gather. The two decks also provided very nice outdoor space-lots of fun to oversee a good game of bocce in the big backyard! The house was extremely clean, well appointed, and very well stocked with everything we would need in a home away from home. Erica and Jeff are gracious hosts and were always available to answer questions via email, phone or text. I anticipate that we will continue our tradition of some summer time in Rhode Island and I’m hoping we can return to this lovely home.

Fantastic

We had a fantastic stay everything was as promoted.We had 14 for lunch on Christmas Day.Our grandchildren stayed with us a lot of the time and throughly enjoyed themselves,the beds were very comfortable.Next time we visit our family we would like to visit in the summer.

Great Beach House!

5 minute drive to East Matunuck State Beach, one of the best on the south coast. Very impressive surf this year, good for boogie boarding. The house was very clean, linens provided, two large living areas. Individual room AC units helped quell the August heat. It's not easy finding a 4 BR that takes dogs of all sizes, but this one fit the bill. The owners were very accommodating, and replied promptly to a few minor issues (light bulbs, etc.). Lots of beach chairs, an umbrella, nice yard for the dog, and nearby places for after dinner walks. Some nearby restaurants (Matunuck Oyster House, Jim's Dock) are booked three weeks in advance! Thankfully, Cap'n Jacks was only a half hour wait and pretty good. Takeout from Jim's Dock was amazing.

Great layout for our daughter's wedding ! Second floor was perfect !

Second floor large common area for the girls to setup for the hair and makeup professionals and first floor for the guys to get ready! Enjoyed the following week with family and friends at the property! Close to restaurants, amenities and coastal fishing!

Great house in perfect location

Erica & Jeff were marvelous and responsive hosts. The house is spacious, has excellent facilities and amenities. (Important to mention the evening sea breeze keeps things fresh in summer.) Very close to beaches (about 5 min drive, even walkable) and fine seafood restaurants. Terrific place to relax with family of all ages.

FAMILY REUNION

The house was well kept, and provided everything we needed for our stay. Great having linens and towels bath provided, kitchen was well stocked. Beach parking filled up early.

RI vacation 2022

It was a wonderful place to stay, with our adult children, & grandchild. There was plenty of space within the house to lounge around , read, or play games on the one rainy day we had. The decks were also very nice for just hanging out. The beach was close by & very easy to get to.

Owners Erica and Jeff are wonderful hosts

We were visiting the area because of an ill family member. Erica and Jeff’s cottage had everything we needed and is located in a perfect peaceful area. They even sent us flowers. Above snd beyond hosts.

Family Gathering

What a perfect house! 4 big bedrooms, 2 living areas, well equipped kitchen. Couldn’t have asked for more! Our family was in town for a sad occasion, and it was a perfect gathering spot for us. The owners, whom I’ve never met sent us flowers. How amazingly kind! No wonder the house is so nice!

Great Location, great space

We’ve been to RI many times but never stayed in Snug Harbor. This is a great location with beaches and restaurants nearby. The home was exactly what we wanted, light, a lot of space and as a result different places to quietly hang out, meditate and finish that book. The hosts were super helpful and responsive.

Amazing rental in a amazing location

Jeff and Erica were amazing host, a phone call away if needed, even made sure we had all the right materials for a storm that was coming up. The location of this property was perfect had many close restaurants and bars just a short drive away. The house made us feel like we were at our home away from home, couldn’t ask for any better. My wife and I will definitely be back here if we are ever back in Rhode Island

Wonderful

My family was gathering for my daughters wedding and it was a perfect location, perfect size and lot of space for the the family. I would highly recommend as the owner was in contact and very helpful with suggesstions as this was our first time in Rhode Island.
