Welcome to our lovely home, steps away from the Main Street and the BreckConnect Gondola for easy access to the ski resort! This classic Breck house has been renovated and welcomes up to eight guests with three bedrooms. Convenient downtown location gives easy access to the slopes and trails, as well as the restaurants and shops of Main Street. Large windows that let in natural light, modern and fully-stocked kitchen, four unique bedrooms, and amazing views.

High Speed Wi-Fi and parking for two vehicles is included.

This home has 2 living areas. The main living area on the main level is the perfect space for relaxing with a fresh cup of morning coffee before a long day of hiking or skiing. The downstairs family room is shared with a sleeper sofa pull-out couch and murphy bed

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS & BATHROOMS- 3 BEDROOMS, 3 BATHROOMS
After a short walk back home from the gondola or bus station, you'll be looking to rest up for another exhausting day tomorrow. Make yourself at home in one of the 3 bedrooms in the home. The primary bedroom is located on the top level

• Primary Bedroom: King bed, walk in closet, flatscreen TV, and private reading nook. The ensuite bath includes a walk-in shower and single vanity
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed, closet, dresser, and flatscreen TV. This bedroom shares the full-bath located on the main level.
• Bedroom 3: Queen sleeper sofa , dressers, and flatscreen TV. The lower-level shared bathroom includes a walk-in shower and single vanity.
•Additional Bedding: Pull-Out Murphy Bed in the lower level of the home

This home has an outdoor patio area located on the side of the home with a gas grill. Enjoy grilling out with friends or family and enjoying the Rocky Mountain sun.

We provide enough supplies for a typical weekend stay. This includes paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap and a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. We also provide fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels.

The Breckenridge Recreation Center offers day passes for their amenities including indoor and outdoor hot tubs, exercise facilities, indoor pool with slide, sauna, rock climbing wall, running track, basketball/ racquetball/tennis courts, fitness/yoga classes, locker rooms, etc. More info is available on their website, and they're on the free shuttle route.
