We had a great time in Marfa and Marfa House was the perfect place to stay. The location was close to everything and we could easily walk to whatever we wanted to do. I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Loved being upstairs with balcony outside our door, although it was a little hard getting luggage up stairs. It was nice being close to town and we were able to walk to most places we wanted to go. Train tracks were about a block away and it was EXTREMELY loud.

Thank you for visiting Marfa House! We know the train is loud--it can be heard all over town, and it's a disadvantage of our location being a short walking distance from the amenities of the main section. We have ear plugs available, and hope you'll join us again.
We had a wonderful time staying here. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We will be staying again next time we travel that direction.

The property is located downtown. You can walk where every you want to go. The property was exactly what we were looking for. A south Texas adobe building with a second story balcony.

Thank you for your review! We are so glad you enjoyed our space and would love to host any future visits!
We visit Marfa regularly and always stay at EP. We decided to try something different this time and so glad we did!
You couldn’t be more centrally located. Walking distance to our favorite places. The renovated historical building is beautiful with tasteful finishes and nice accommodations.
Very nice and spacious bathroom (unlike the EP) and host very attentive.
Will make this our new place to stay in Marfa.

Well designed and comfortable room in the center of Marfa. Clean, quiet, and walkable. Nice balcony. Communication was fantastic and even mailed me an important item that we left behind (of course we paid for the postage and their trouble). We will return!
My husband and I stayed at Marfa House for 3 nights, just about right to see and do Marfa. I have nothing to say on the negative side. We travel a bit and most of the little inconveniences found in most hotels are not lacking here. Entry instructions easy to understand. Hooks and racks in the bathroom, A generous closet. Clean! Nightstands on both sides and plugs too! Owners responded right away to our one question. I felt safe and comfortable. We would try to book this again if we return to Marfa.

Thank you so much for your review! We are so glad you enjoyed our space and always appreciate having guests like you. We would be more than happy to host any future trips to Marfa.
Great location near everything for shopping and eating. 3 things that could improve: 1) darker curtains. The sunshine is beautiful, but not at 7am when you're trying to sleep in. 2) bigger heater. The current unit is amazing with it's blue flame. But it's ONE flame and didn't really curb the chill in the room. And 3) bigger trash can. The tiny trash can in the bathroom is nice, but it's already full when you toss a couple coffee cups and poopie paper. Maybe just a second, slightly bigger trash can in the room would suffice. Other than that, the place is a charm!
