Beautiful, newly remodeled 2 story waterview house perfectly located within walking distance to the historic Newport Pier and Mother's Day Beach. No need for a car to take advantage of the near-by restaurants and shops! See the bay from upstairs balcony as well as bedroom balcony & ocean views as well! Ideal for walking and bike riding along the boardwalk or relaxing on the beach for a picnic, swim, kayak and paddle board. This home features a spacious, open-concept, a gorgeous new kitchen, living room and front balcony with bay and ocean views. The master bedroom, also located upstairs, features a queen bed, en-suite bathroom with large spa-like shower, flat screen TV and private balcony. The two guest rooms are located downstairs and share a bathroom. This property also features a private patio perfect for relaxing with a cocktail or cup of coffee. Come for a few days, stay forever!

Perfect Getaway

For those looking for a relaxing and fun getaway on Balboa, look no further. We really appreciated our stay, and have nothing but great things to say about our host, the location, or the experience. Just don't book the same weekend as us, because we are looking forward to doing it again next year!

Perfect Holiday Getaway

This was a perfect place for my family to get together for the holiday. It is a perfect layout, great amenities, fantastic electronics and appliances, roomy, lots of patio space, walking distance to the beach and marina, and all kinds of restaurants and shops nearby. Checking was easy and there was a good amount of communication. Everything was perfect and would love to stay here again and highly recommended it to anyone looking as well!

Perfect location

Perfect spot to walk everywhere. No worries about parking. Just right for our family. We were careful to rent a small suv. Parking is small. So we had no problem.

Perfect for Girls Trip

We had a small girls trip for a group of women in our 30s. It was perfectly located to several fun bars and restaurants, but quiet enough and removed so that we got good, quiet sleep. Of course parking in that area is always a hassle, but the listing has one garage space and the host preemptively offered other alternatives and solutions.

Best Location

Great stay over thanksgiving week with the family. Perfect size for us. It was clean. The best part really is the location, it’s close to everything, walking distance. every morning I grabbed a beach chair and went and sat by lifeguard stand 18 to watch the surfers and dolphins. I miss that already. Newport is great, i recommend going out on a Duffy boat in the Bay. Great stay, would def return

The location is close to so many things and the property was clean and spotless with all the amenities you could need. Close to the beach and lots of good restaurants.

We were in town for our annual family reunion and the location and set up of the home was perfect

The accommodations were perfect for our needs from breakfast on the balcony to walking just a few steps to the strand! We loved the design of the shower upstairs and how convenient the parking was for us and our two bikes. Walking out the front door and seeing the bay was an added touch. We all hope to stay again for our next trip to Newport. Thank you for the hospitality. =)
