Large two-storey flat of 103m², with 3 bedrooms and a mezzanine. A balcony (4th floor with a lift) looks out towards the west.
Bedroom 1 en suite: with a queen-size bed (160x200) and closet, and its private little bathroom with shower and basin.
Bedroom 2: with bunkbeds for 2 (90x190) and closet.
Bedroom 3 on the upper floor: with a queen-size bed (160x200)
Mezzanine (overhanging the lounge) with 2 single beds.
Lounge with lovely high ceiling.
Large sofa (transforms into a double sofabed 140x190) and armchairs. TV.
It opens onto the large west-facing balcony.
Kitchen area: ceram hotplates, refrigerator with a little freezer compartment, oven, micro-wave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and filter coffee machine.
Bathroom with bathtub and basin.
