We gave it a "7 out of 10" rating. The pool and exterior was great - plenty of sitting/ dining areas, and Agent was helpful and prompt in sorting out an issue we had with the pool. However, the villa overall seem "tired" with a "style over substance" impression. Bathroom floors flood out as the showers are too powerful for the cubicles and there's not a washbasin big enough to wash your face in! Conservatory has no cover so becomes an oven in the sun and generates excessive heat throughout the kitchen and rest of property. Not a comfortable chair in the sitting rom to sit in e.g. deck chair, wicker sofa with decorative cushions rather than seat pads, and divan beds set against the wall!Lots of ornaments everywhere and fancy lampshades all collecting layers of dust - cleaners need to up their game. Extremely steep drive to walk up to the house, should be more upfront with this information. We would stay in the area again, but not at this villa for the make-up of our family group.
