With frontage on the main channel as well as the cove there are multiple fishing opportunities, This property has a large waterfront fire pit, 2 kayaks, paddle board and plenty of firewood provided free of charge. With walking trails and many outdoor seating areas to watch the sunset, this 5 star property is one of a kind! The cabin also has high speed fiber internet perfect for working from home.

Wonderful experience. Fully equipped kitchen, lots of extra touches. View was peaceful and it was very relaxing sitting lakeside. Beds were comfy! Neighborhood was quiet. Just loved it!

This place is amazing! Karen the owner was very sweet and kind! Check in was a breeze. She was there for us the entire time! She provided area things to do.The place itself was very clean! The bedrooms are all upstairs, the beds very comfortable. 2 bathrooms one upstairs and one downstairs. The kitchen was very well stocked and extra starter stuff like paper towels, dish soap, salt/pepper. The patio was amazing to sit and view the lake. The dock was very nice to fish and watch the sun come up! I would definitely recommend this place! Ohhh there were deer everywhere! We loved it!

We had a fantastic time at Lake Awana Point! Karen was an amazing host! We had plenty of everything we needed and it really felt like home. We enjoyed the huge, private property, fires, kayaking and visiting the Smoky Mountains. We especially loved the sun porch.We did not want to leave and the family is already talking about wanting to return. We are absolutely looking forward to staying here again.Thank you Karen for being an amazing host and sharing your wonderful property.

Beautiful little birthday get away

My friends and I had so much fun this weekend celebrating my birthday. The screened in porch was one of our favorite places to hang out. The property and the dock were great as well! The house fit us comfortably and we were able to enjoy family dinners together at one table. Very clean and well stocked! Thanks again!

Relaxing

This is the second time we have stayed here. It is so quiet and peaceful. My husband and grandson fished every day. The upgrades on the dock were awesome. There were plenty of deer. Will be back next year!

A Peaceful Weekend Away

My friends and I do a guys weekend once a year and we couldnt have asked for a better place to do it. The house was right on the lake and was the perfect size for the 5 of us. We were able to grill out, play board games and watch football with a view that cant be beat. We will be back next year for sure.

Sisters weekend

We all had a wonderful time. The home was comfy, well stocked and exactly as stated. The waterfront was easy to maneuver (we are all older women) and the kayaks and paddle board were alot of fun! It was peaceful and lovely. We all want to visit this place again!! Bonnie

Peace and quiet

We loved this place. It was so quiet. We loved watching the deer. Fishing was great. We will definitely be back. My grandson said he never wants to go back to the beach. He just wants to stay here!

Family Vacation

We had the most amazing time. This house has absolutely everything you need and more. We practically lived in the sun porch area. There is a private dock for your boat and they provide paddle board and kayaks and life vest.

Relaxing for sure!

Wonderful views! The stage is set to enjoy the views from all settings inside and out. We enjoyed the fire pit, walking out to the swing on the waters edge, dining inside away from bugs while still enjoying the outdoors, and being close to town. We loved the Sweetwater valley farm! The only concern with this property is the staircase which is very steep. All of the bedrooms are upstairs so if you struggle with steps this is something to consider. The kitchen is well stocked and we did cook most of our meals. I hope all future guests have as lovely a stay as we did!

Tranquil lake stay

Wonderful stay at this lakeside home. Beautiful outdoor area. We enjoyed kayaking ( provided at property ) , Enjoyed s’mores by the fire, watching sunset’s from swings and BBQ for dinner. Would highly recommend this property. Host was awesome - extremely responsive to requests.

2024 Lake Awana Point Getaway

This lake house is a little piece of heaven. It is so peaceful with gorgeous lake views. You're as close to nature as you can get. The guys really enjoyed fishing off the dock and we enjoyed a beautiful night by the firepit roasting marshmallows and gazing at the stars. The house is beautifully decorated and has everything you need. And I can't say enough about our hostess. Karen was wonderful. She was quick to respond to every question and even delivered dry firewood for our fire. If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of every day life these days, I would highly recommend this place!

Relaxing stay, beautiful view!

Spent 3 nights and it had everything we needed for a relaxing stay! The house was clean and nicely decorated. The sunroom was our favorite spot, but great views from the livingroom, too. In the morning a pair of geese came ashore with 16 babies! Didn't have any luck fishing and the water was quite murky for any swimming due to all the recent rain but enjoyed kayaking and sitting by the lake! Thank you for sharing your home.

Expansive property with a great view.

Our group of five adults had plenty of room both inside the house and especially outside. The double riverside lot has views of the Tennessee River and plenty of outdoor seating for enjoying the view.

perfect for family reunion

nice quiet getaway

we had a great time, the house and amenities were clean and in good shape. We had a couple of friends with us, we fished, grilled out, used the canoe's and the firepit. At one point by the firepit we had 9 deer all around us. would highly recommend

Amazing Lake House

Our husbands had a senior softball tournament in Chattanooga for 3 days so after the tournament 3 couples came to Watts Bar to relax ! I found this beautiful home right on the water, decently priced and exactly what i was looking for. Perfect location close to everything but just far enough away! Fished off dock, used the kayaks, rented a pontoon which was delivered to our dock, grilled out! Well stocked kitchen, games and cable TV, internet, clean and nicely furnished! I am very picky and this place was perfect. We loved it and would return in a heartbeat!

Lake Awana is in a rural setting with massive trees and a variety of birds such as eagles, blue heron and osprey. We are pet friendly and dogs especially love exploring the area!
