2.7km from Plazac (Shops), this 165m2 cottage has a fitted kitchen (no microwave) open to the living room, 2 2-seater sofas and a wood stove. On the ground floor, you can enjoy a 1st bedroom with 1 160x200 bed and adjoining shower room, a 2nd bedroom with 2 modular 90x190 beds with adjoining shower room and a laundry room with washing machine. Separate toilet. Upstairs, accessible by a staircase, a mezzanine with 1 3/4-seater sofa, television, connected amplifier and wifi. A 3rd bedroom with 1 90x190 bed and a 4th bedroom with 2 90x190 beds. A bathroom with toilet. Underfloor heating on the ground floor and electric convectors upstairs. Outside you can enjoy a beautiful terrace with sun loungers and garden furniture, barbecue. End of stay cleaning 100€. Towels / person / change 5€. Sheets / double bed / change 15€ /10€ single bed.
