Welcome to Antlers 122, a cozy and convenient mountain retreat in the heart of Steamboat Springs. Located just steps from the ski area, this inviting condo is the perfect home base for enjoying all the outdoor adventures and charm that Steamboat has to offer.

Inside, you'll find a comfortable living space designed for relaxing after a day on the mountain. The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We checked in to the Antlers and we're able to get early access. Enjoyed the parking, ski valet area, pool and hot tub. All amenities were as described. Had some issues with heat in the unit but it was addressed quickly. The shuttle service was excellent! All appliances worked!

Love the room and bathroom setup -- plenty of space for the 4 couples that stayed together, and a great location walking distance to everything. The person at the front desk was incredibly helpful and accommodating!

Location and amenities can't be beat

Third time staying at Antlers condos and this one was no different than the others. Perfect ski-in/ski-out location with great amenities - warm pool, hot tub, ski valet and free shuttle to run errands/go out. Would stay at this condo and other Antlers condos every time. Could not recommend highly enough.

Incredible weekend in Steamboat

Absolutely loved our stay! Check in process was easy and the staff was ready to greet us upon arrival with information. The property seemed much bigger in person than in the pictures and was able to comfortably accommodate our group of 10 friends. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location

Our kids loved the pool and the condo was within short walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the man made creek down in the square. Such a great location. We had everything we needed in the kitchen, etc as well. We will be back next year!

This is a great property. Great views uphill from the living room! Antlers staff were wonderful. The shuttle was so helpful even though we had a car. The ski valet was super helpful. We would stay here again!

Great location and spacious!

We had great poop views and the condo was spacious. The AC unfortunately did not work but we were able to turn on fans and open windows. The location was great and in walking distance to restaurants and shops.

Fantastic ski stay with family and friends

This property was an amazing choice for our group of friends and family of 10. The location can’t be beat- we skied out to the gondola every morning and loved the convenience of the ski valet. The kids enjoyed the pool every night- this was a huge factor for us choosing this property. The townhome was very clean and had all the necessities. The front desk and shuttle drivers were so polite. We can’t wait to come back!

Great Place!

We enjoyed our stay very much. We had 3 families staying for the Mountain Magic Baseball tournament. (Colorado Yeti 9U Champs) The pool was great for the kids and the balcony over looks it. The bbq at the pool was perfect as well. This was an awesome place to stay and will be staying again. It is impossible to have a bad time in Steamboat Springs. Jack the front desk guy was great and answered any questions we had. Thank y’all for the hospitality. 🤙

Reviewer Comments: Overall it was a great location Check in was confusing, confirmation said to call for special code, called and they said to check in at antlers office, no one was there, finally got key cards, no steak knives, bought some and left them there, only one towel per person was supplied for 4 days, unit was clean, and plenty of room for 9 members of my family

Spacious Condo

This condo was pretty spacious and I very much appreciated the fully stocked kitchen. There was some trash inadvertently left in one of the bedrooms, but otherwise the property was very clean, which I think is the most important. The property is managed by a third party property management company, and they were really great. The communication from them was amazing and they fully addressed any and all issues we had with them. They did a fantastic job.

Not worth the hassle

This is a nice condo in a great location with a lovely pool, however, the whole experience was terrible!The check-in directions were completely wrong. The front desk was closed, there was no key in the lockbox, and everyone I called told me to call someone else. Luckily we found a key under the mat because it was 2 hours before someone showed up because of a “lock out”.Unfortunately, getting in the condo only lead to more problems. The condo had not been cleaned after the previous guests. Again, nothing but run around from the management company, so our girl’s getaway weekend started with having to do multiple loads of laundry and cleaning before we could even move in. They finally sent someone the next morning to clean and fix the refrigerator that wasn’t working. I will say that eventually they refunded most of the cost of the stay, but that didn’t really make up for the stress, frustration, and terrible customer service.

Beautiful

What a great condo! The views out to the hillside, ski lifts and Outlaw roller coaster were amazing. The pool and hot tub were great fun for the kids and the grill was clean and easy to use. We did see a brown bear try to get into our truck-we left cliff bars in the door! He stood up and pulled the handle several times before giving up. Keep vehicles LOCKED ALWAYS! We were needing to leave to make an appointment and when I called the manger she immediately had a maintenance guy come up and scare the bear away. If we ever go back to Steamboat, I wouldn’t even hesitate to book this place again. It was fabulous.

Great Spot for two families

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great spot for two families, each with two kids. Two master suites with kings and, two bedrooms each with two twin beds. All 4 bedrooms have their own bathroom, which was great also. The bathroom to one of the bedrooms is the common bathroom for the unit, and is on the main floor. The other three bedrooms are on the upper floor. Your enter the unit from the second floor of the building. So, it is a three story building with a unit below this one. The balcony for the unit is directly above the pool, which made it nice for keeping an eye on those in for a swim. There are nice TVs in each room, and that made it easy to keep an eye on the Olympics. The crew in the ski valet was awesome and made it extra easy to get on the slopes. Your boots will be set out and ready to slip on, just call and tell them what time. Grab your skis and walk just a few steps before stepping into your bindings. Our one complaint we wanted to mention is the thermostats. None of them are calibrated correctly, but they all work. Some are way off, so if you set them at 70, and go to bed, you'll wake up in the desert. Seriously, the main room setpoint is about 10 degrees off actual. The others, 4-6. We got in figured out after the first day. For Apres', the T-Bar is just next door to the unit and the Slopeside a very quick walk away. Walking down to the gondola square is a five minute walk. The shuttle to town was very responsive and typically there in just a few minutes. Usually not more than ten minutes even when you are calling from downtown. Except if it's Saturday night of Carnival weekend. That proved to be a bit of a challenge. But the City Bus stop is only a block away from the unit and that worked out well too. All in all, we couldn't have asked for much more.

Beautiful home away from home

The condo was absolutely beautiful! It had the comfortable feel of home and the beds were super luxurious. The kitchen was very well equipped. The scenery around the condo was breathtaking. I highly recommend this vacation rental. Our family had so much fun. Oh also, lots of games provided for family fun time!

Great mountain get-away

The condo was well appointed, and very clean. The functioning's were updated and well cared for. The beds were extremely comfortable and plenty of room for our whole party of 11. Our stay was fantastic. The staff at The Antlers were very helpful and friendly and offered assistance whenever we asked. We'll definitely be putting this on our list as a must stay.

Great place

Really nice home. Beautifully furnished and beautiful view. Easily fit 4 adults and 5 kids under 14. Easy to ski in to the facility, then about a 30 foot walk to the ski valet in your boots which is on the bottom floor of the facility which is always staffed with great guys—Eric, Griffen, Ross and Kadim were amazing. They keep your skis and boots for you. You then walk up about 20 stairs to your home so you don’t ski to your door and then ski right out. Ski out requires going down to ski valet room to get your boots, which they will warm for you if you call before (great service!) and then you walk about 50 yards in snow up a slight grade to an area where you put your skis on and then ski to the Christy express lift or gondola. Easy process. Highly recommend this facility and this home.
