We are only 15 minute drive to Lake Tapps! But also, a great place to have a cozy night in creating memories with family and friends. The home is a short one hour drive to Crystal Mountain ski resort.

Found on a dead end, private road with a steep Driveway to home. Shared with neighbor, but 3 parking spaces available. If more vehicles, street parking is available, but limited and tight.

Private road, secluded with 10 houses total on a dead end road. Great quiet neighborhood.

Parking can be difficult if more than 3 cars. Street parking is found but very tight.

No smoking inside or outside please.
- Please remove shoes in the house
- Smoking and vaping is NOT allowed inside or outside of house.
- No drugs allowed.
- Pets are NOT allowed.
- Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
- Only use appliances for their intended uses.
- Guests: People other than those in the Guest party may not stay overnight in the property. An additional charge can be charged if this occurs. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. Guests are not allowed to exceed 12 without written permission.
- Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors; neighborhood quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
- Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate
- Garbage: Any garbage must be stowed in the proper garbage or recycling receptacles located on the side of the house.
- Towels: Please use bath towels for in-home use only.
- Parking. Guests have use of the main driveway, there is no access to the garage.
- Please note that the wood burning outdoor fireplace is not supplied with wood. Local grocery stores have wood available.

Important: Before you arrive you may be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. You will also be given the choice between a security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.



Check Out Procedures
• Check out is at 11am. Please check out promptly at 11am, so that our housekeepers have time to prepare the house for the next arriving guests.
• Guests who leave after 11:30 am will be billed a $50 fee.
• Guests departing after 12pm will be charged for an extra night stay.

Departure Instructions
• Dishes should be cleaned.
• Home should be tidy, garbage picked up, toys and games put away.
• Please put wet/dirty towels, bed linens, and anything else that needs to be washed in the washer- No need to run it, just please leave the door open.
• Lock all the doors and windows.

Refund Policy
• No refunds for early departures, adverse road or weather conditions, power outages, electrical or appliance failures , or other inconveniences that are out of our control.
