Eco-friendly Townhome Perfectly Located for all Local Fun
Spacious 3 bedroom townhome, perfectly located between Northstar and Squaw Valley as well as a very short walk to the lake. Great place to enjoy all north lake Tahoe has to offer close by. Walk/Bike to Tahoe City for coffee, walk to the beach for some morning yoga, hit the trails or the slopes.
We are in the process of helping support the environment but eliminating as much single use plastics from our property. To do this we have provided full sized Shampoo/Conditioner/Body Wash/Hand Soap/Laundry and Dishwasher Tabs etc. in refillable containers that are available for your use. Please understand that if they disappear from our property we will charge $50/bottle. This is still a process as we transfer our cleaning products to this same standard. There are also refillable water bottles available as well for your use while at our home in lieu of plastic bottles.
All bedrooms upstairs with 2 full bathrooms upstairs, half bath downstairs. HOA includes pools and hot tubs as well as tennis and pickleball courts when the weather is nice. (Times restricted to 10 AM to 9 PM for these facilities).
Pets are not allowed on this property due to a recent HOA ruling that doesn't allow STR's to bring in pets. Please respect this as it will result in a fine from us for cleaning and the HOA. (Homeowner who frequents often does have dogs in the property for those who may have severe allergies).
This is an HOA townhome community with a very strict noise ordinance so please respect our next door neighbors.
There is a Ring Doorbell at the front door which does record video/sound. Its main purpose is to video our friendly neighborhood wildlife and security.

Property is as advertised - a tiny bit worn around the edges, but spacious, well stocked, well heated, and close to Palisades and downtown Tahoe City. We enjoyed our stay.
Stayed here while attending a family gathering. The condo was clean and comfortable. Very close to Tahoe City (5 minute drive). Wold definitely recommend in either summer or winter
We enjoyed the property very much. It was a great location and the kitchen was very well appointed. It was so nice to have such a good washer and dryer. The bedrooms are very comfortable. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the living room dining room area as well. We would definitely stay here soon if we were in Tahoe City.

wonderful home away from home. we have stayed at this complex before but we enjoyed this specific condo better. walking distance from two beaches and i love that there is a playground and pool for the kids. our family also enjoyed the pickleball court. the condo itself has everything you would need and the kitchen was fully stocked. the couches were comfortable and so were the beds. we enjoyed grilling outside as well.

Booked the spot for a long weekend with 5 other friends. Townhome provided us with plenty of space and came well-stocked (full kitchen, plenty of towels, toiletries, etc.). Tennis/pickleball courts and pool were less than 5-min walk away and easy access to public beach less than 10-min walk. Check-in and check-out process were simple. Would definitely stay here again.

Why they chose this property
Our family has been staying in the neighborhood for a few years due to location and amenities. We finally were able to find a unit on the market that fit our needs so we jumped on it. This is truly our second home that we share with others when we aren't able to be here.
What makes this property unique
Location/Location/Location. Walk to the beach, quick drive to mountains, cross country skiing nearby. We have an end unit and lots of privacy.
