Great Stay

We look forward to returning to this property. Owner was excellent, views were great, and we had a blast. I would recommend reading the amenity card instructions carefully and book them in advance. Bill graciously assisted us with the process and provided timely feedback and assisted us with acquiring the cards. If it were other owners, I am not sure we would have received the same assistance.

Fripp Island

The island was lovely, and the condominium was nicely decorated and furnished and had an extremely nice view. HOWEVER, we booked this condominium because it stated “no pets”. Upon unpacking, we found pet hair on the Keurig coffee machine, and there was pet hair all along the sides of the hallway floors, in the bedroom, in the living area, in the black square tray on the coffee table, and covering both sides of the black sofa pillow. This was extremely disappointing, and unsettling. The floor between the bedroom and into the bathroom was very dirty, and the floors overall felt gritty, hence we kept our shoes on at all times. We suggest that someone should also check behind the sofa, trash was there. We are extremely clean people and when reserving accommodations that we pay handsomely for, we expect the residence to be very clean.

Great location and view. Nice beach access is not close to condo. Highly recommend a golf cart rental to get around the island as parking a car for beach access is impossible. The closet walkable access was closed during our stay. Also the bedroom has a very bright light outside window shining all night.
