**This property offers club cards for access to Fripp Island Resort amenities. A Resort fee (12.8% of the base rental rate) will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards if you decide you would like to use the Resort Facilities.**

179 Beach Club Villa - `Otter Bliss` - **Newly renovated in 2025** - With beautiful views from all rooms. . Brightly decorated with a coastal theme, upon arrival you’ll immediately feel relaxed and ready for your vacation.

The Fripp Island Club is private and each unaccompanied guest 13 and older must have an amenity card to access the Club’s facilities. The amenity card is a temporary membership to the club. Guests must comply with all rules and regulations of the Club.

**Amenity cards are available for purchase when renting this home. You may purchase up to the amount that the property sleeps.

We See’um Rentals Too, LLC manages 25 plus properties. If you inquire about a property & the property is booked for the dates you prefer, we hope we can direct you to another property that will be as good or better for your needs. We like the personal help we can provide our guests when we can speak in person.
Weeklong Stays only - Saturday to Saturday - During Peak Season (Memorial Day to Labor Day). Calendar will show the beginning Saturday that the property is available during that time.

This place was wonderful with a spectacular view of the marsh and wildlife. Everything we needed for a short stay away from home.The deer here just rome around the resort like we do. The beach was beautiful and clean. The amenities and activities on thw Island were abundant. Needed more time to do them all. Ocean Creek Golf Course was beautiful. Would definitely visit again.

The view is outstanding, as is the location. Owners were responsive whenever an inquiry was made. Amenity cards are not included in the rental cost, which I somehow missed, but just be aware there is a cost associated with that, and if you want to use the pool or restaurant you will need those.

Perfect!

Everything about our stay was amazing. The condo has beautiful views. It was very clean and cozy for our family of 4. The owners made the entire rental process super easy. They are very responsive. The golf cart was a definite plus!

Great getaway

We loved the central location. Ice cream is across the street and the pickle ball and tennis courts are right next door. We've stayed all over Fripp and I'm pretty sure the view of the marsh from the porch and master bedroom is the best view we've had on the island. Definitely recommend!

Great getaway

The rental was close to the beach and we had a relaxing weekend. The rental process was super easy and they are so great. Gave us recommendations. Brought us bikes. Easy check in made everything more relaxing.

Great beach condo!

Great little beach condo for a family! The beds were very comfortable and the condo was very clean. The communication with the property manager was also exceptional- I had a couple questions and they were answered very quickly. The cleaners forgot a pillowcase on one of the beds and when I messaged the manager, the cleaner brought a pillowcase quickly. It is up 4 staircases so keep that in mind if you aren’t looking for a little bit of exercise but it was just fine for us. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely stay again!

Marsh View

Very well stocked condo. The balcony overlooks the marsh for beautiful sunset views. Since the balcony is covered and screened, we were able to enjoy the rain as well. There is a fishing pier behind the condo. You will get your workout in with the three flights of stairs, but the trade off of having no one above you is worth it. I liked that the golf cart was included.
