INCLUDED IN YOUR RESERVATION:

- We maintain the pool at 70 degrees. If you’d like it warmer, just let us know at least 48 hours before arrival so we can have it ready for you. Pool (85) heat is available for $35/day or $225/week plus tax (minimum 2 consecutive days). Please note the pool system will not operate at full capacity when Air Temp is 50 degrees or cooler. No pool heat refunds will be offered based on weather conditions. Please let us know if you’d like to add heating or if you have any questions!

- Guests are welcome to use the grill free of charge. Any propane left onsite by previous guests is available for your use. Let us know if you would like to purchase full propane tanks before your arrival.

- Kid friendly! Complimentary children’s amenities; Pack N Play, stroller, highchair, and safety gate

- We provide free itinerary guides designed by locals for families or adults. You will be able to download them when you book with us.

Great place for families.

My family (wife 5yr old) and our aunts all stayed together in this townhouse. The themed rooms and the lego area on the landing were a huge hit with our son. We ate at the clubhouse twice as it was just across the street. The pools at the clubhouse also looked very fun, but it was a bit too chilly for that during our stay. We would definitely stay again.

9 adults and 4 toddlers stayed here this past week.. we loved everything my nieces and nephews loved the lego room and bean bags, the beds were very comfortable after walking in disney parks all day these beds were perfect.. If we ever go back to disney this is where all our family will stay again we loved it, walmart was 10mins, the parks were from 20-30minutes from there.. the owner was very helpful and responsive I truely recommend this place area and the ro

Beautiful location

Absolutely awesome! The house is gorgeous, clean and has everything needed to enjoy and relax. The one and only thing needed would be some kind of railing in the submarine bed so smaller kids dont fall off the end and maybe somewhere to put tolietries when in the showers....

Amazing stay!

We were so impressed with this rental and Vacation Alchemy’s service! They had fast responses to my questions when we booked. They also messaged us after we checked in to make sure we were pleased with everything! Above and beyond! Will definitely search for Vacation Alchemy properties in the future. This house was so perfect for us. Lots of rooms and space to recharge after busy days! Centrally located so we visited both Florida coasts.

Great place to stay with Kids/Dogs

So we had a great time even thou the weather wasn't great. The house is nice and cozy, with lots of fun rooms for children. Very dog friendly. The house has a pack n play and a high chair so we left them at home. We only cooked once so I can't say if there is enough kitchen things for those who don't eat out on vacation. I will be back and the host was great. See you on the flip side!

Amazing place to stay! I highly recommend Peppa's Yellow Submarine.

Vacation Alchemy goes above and beyond. They are great communicators and they take care of everything. We forgot our passports when we left and they called us and next day mailed them so my kids wouldn't miss their flight to Italy. Every time I messaged them, they messaged me back nearly instantly. The place was clean and great for kids of any age. We went to Lego land this year so the Lego decor was the perfect touch. When the kids had downtime, they loved playing with the Legos. My son who wants to be a marine biologist loved the submarine room. We went to discovery Cove while we were here so the room was perfect. I almost went with somewhere a little cheaper and I am so glad that I didn't. You get what you pay for and these people are high quality and you will be taken care of. It is safe, clean, and great for large families. Thank you Vacation Alchemy!
