This is a newly upgraded condo in Gulf Place Caribbean that captures the laid-back charm of 30A. Pool views, comfortable accommodations, and direct access to Gulf Place's shops and restaurants make this the perfect retreat for families or couples. With the beach just steps away, guests move easily between sun, shopping, and downtime by the pool.

Hallway Nook – Custom-Built Bunk Beds, sleeps 2 – Shared bathroom



Kitchen & Dining:

Fully equipped kitchen, ready for cooking in during your stay.

Parking Rules & Restrictions:

Amenities: Heated pool and hot tub/spa in the building, plus two additional community pools (3 total), tennis courts, shuffleboard, picnic tables, charcoal grills, a koi pond with water feature, and an outdoor amphitheater for events

Beach Access: 3 private deeded beach accesses within Gulf Place



What We Provide (Starter Supplies):

Bath Essentials: 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 sets of bath towels per guest

Kitchen Amenity Box: 2 laundry pods, 2 dishwasher pods, a sponge, and dish soap, plus 1 roll of paper towels

Toiletries: Travel-size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in each bathroom

Note: These are starter supplies for your arrival and are not restocked during your stay. For longer stays, we recommend packing extras or picking some up nearby — full suggestions are in your digital guidebook.

The Neighborhood:

Gulf Place Caribbean (western end of 30A). In the middle of the Gulf Place action, with shopping, dining, and the legendary 30A bike-jogging path right outside — there's even an ice cream shop on the corner.



Getting Around:

Beach Access: Gulf Place Caribbean's private coded beach access, directly across the street (1–2 minute walk); the public Ed Walline Regional Beach Access is also immediately adjacent.

Dining & Coffee: Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar, Papa Surf Burger Bar, and Pecan Jack's Ice Cream & Candy, all on-site at Gulf Place (steps away)

Groceries & Essentials: 30A Mini Mart on-site for snacks/pharmacy basics; Publix at South Walton for a full grocery run (2038 US-98 W | ~7-minute drive)

Seaside Town Square: Downtown Seaside (~6 miles | ~15–20 minute bike ride or drive); Grayton Beach is also nearby (~5 miles west)
