We had an incredible time! Perfect location and easy access to the beach and to local amenities. There is also an amazing bakery across the street and good restaurants within walking distance. We loved the community also. We will be back next year! Let’s book now!

Overall the places was pretty clean. There were definitely some bugs which is pretty icky but other than that it was good. The couch wasn’t the most comfortable but do able. The bedroom was definitely small, small closet (our suitcase wouldn’t fit so we had to use what space we could in the bedroom for our suitcase), small bed, small tv. But honestly, we were not in the room a lot. We were on the beach most of our time. It was great for that sort of thing. The porch was cute to have coffee in the mornings or a snack break from the beach. We would stay here again.

The condo was well kept, clean, and easy to find. I had a little trouble getting the front door to open, but I figured it out. It was a quiet area, and it is an easy walk to the beach. I am considering renting the entire 4 plex for a future family vacation. Each of my adult kids can have a place of their own while keeping us all together for family times.

Check in was easy, the place was very tidy and clean, and management was responsive when we found that the dishwasher wasn’t operating properly. The back deck and backyard area were a pleasant surprise. Two things that future renters should keep in mind: 1) beach access is only available by walking about a block and a half to the regional public beach access. 2) the condo has a persistent smell of mildew, which is probably not unusual for a ground floor unit in Florida, but I felt it was worth mentioning.

The beach access is a short 5-minute walk away which is listed in the property description, and many guests enjoy the convenience of being able to get there without needing to drive. Regarding the odor concern, the HVAC system at the property is on a preventative maintenance plan and is professionally serviced bi-annually to ensure it is functioning optimally. Due to the naturally higher humidity levels along the Gulf Coast, it is also common for properties in the area to utilize dehumidifiers as an added measure for moisture control. We also wanted to note that the dishwasher has since been replaced as part of ongoing updates to the property. Mountain Beach Condo Review

Very nice, clean and comfortable condo unit close to ocean. We drove down in two days so we early arriving before 4 pm check in but the leasing company allowed us to enter early which was great for us weary travelers. I’d recommend this place to anyone.

Great Location

Location was spot on for the beach and local eating. The room was very clean with extra towels and blankets. Only complaints is the upstairs neighbors can be heard very easily, no ice in the refrigerator, and the back glass door would not shut.

Place is very nice and good location but we had to deal with a very strong musty smell that never went away. There was a dehumidifier that had to run 24 hours a day and be emptied two or three times a day.

We also wanted to note that, based on guest feedback, we have discussed additional improvements with the owner, including installing a dehumidifier system that drains directly into the condensate line to eliminate the need for manually emptying the unit and further improve moisture management within the property. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and continue to proactively monitor and maintain the property to ensure the best possible experience for future guests.

BMB Gem!

Our stay at BMB was amazing with Liv! Perfect single bedroom/bathroom with a sleeper sofa! Beautifully decorated and cozy! The patio was calm, quiet, and peaceful! Just a short walk to the beach for some sun or in the other direction to BMB Bakery for the best cinnamon rolls! We definitely recommend this property.

Functional and fun

The location was incredibly functional to the needs of my kids and I. We were in walking distance if most restaurants we wanted to go to, especially the Blue Mountain Creamery! We also loved the short walk to the beach access and Adagio where our friends stayed as well. The condo was clean and felt safe! We will come again for sure!

Location, location, location!

I can't overstate how accessible the beach was from the rental. A very quick walk got our feet in the sand for early morning walks, mid-day ocean swims and evening sunsets! Also close to the bike trail along 30A which we took advantage of for runs/biking and Big Daddy's bike is very close as well. Great little places to eat and close to Water Color and Seaside. The only thing that would have made our trip better was an upgrade to the bed/mattress.

Great place!

We had a great stay at Whitecap. The check in process was flawless. Condo was very clean and all was in working order. Location is perfect, close to beach, bakery, small grocery, Redfish taco which had live music. Host was very prompt and courteous. Even though this was a four-plex we did not hear a lot of noise from neighbors, it must be well sound insulated. We enjoyed the comfortable outdoor space with table, loungers and a gas grill. We would definitely stay here again. It would be nice to include beach chairs and bikes. Suggest a dresser in the bedroom to store clothes.

Great stay!

Quick (~5 min) walk to the beach and the same to Blue Mountain Bakery. Clean apartment with nice, modern decorating touches and easy parking. Some normal wear and tear but that’s to be expected with a short term rental. The bed was not the most comfortable in my opinion but it was OK. The mgmt company proactively offered me an early check-in (so nice and unexpected) and also touched base the 2nd day of my stay to make sure everything was going OK. Be aware that if the unit above is rented, you can hear them walking around but that wasn’t an issue for me because I apparently stayed up later and got up earlier than them! Overall a great stay for a great value - I’d definitely stay again.

The little condo was perfect for a short getaway; however, as we told the management company, a couple of things would make the stay even better. First, they could provide an electric kettle for those of us who like to drink tea. Second, they should provide filters for the coffee maker. They are cheap and come in packages of 100, which means it would make life easier to a lot of guests before having to buy another package! We left 95 filters for the benefit of future guests.Finally, the smoke detector seems to be a bit too sensitive. We managed to set it off just by toasting bread on setting 3! And it happened very early in the morning. Thankfully, we had no neighbors because otherwise they would have been startled by the piercing noise.

Nice 1br close to the public beach.

Nice, clean unit with a fully equipped kitchen, close to the beach. It was very comfortable for us and we would stay here again. Good, large outdoor space. Everything was very nice, though the management company was non-responsive to email during our stay. We replied to what we now assume was an automated check-in, asking a few questions and making two small requests, but did not hear back. Our issues were very minor and did not impact our stay, but worth mentioning in the event you may have special requests or need something critical. Note the bedroom is small with no room for a dresser, so we did not unpack our suitcases. Again, not an issue, but something we didn't think about/realize initially.

This was a good place to stay for being close to different areas of 30A and just minutes to the beach to walk. The cleanliness was just okay and the bed was pretty uncomfortable. The pictures are a bit nicer than reality, but for two of us just coming and going it worked well for us!

Stay was great! Place was really nice and clean and just short walk to several beach accesses! Close to the creamery and food as well! Would stay again!
