Thank you Nancy for letting us stay in your beautiful home. Definitely would recommend to stay here. Great location, easy to get around to places. The home was very clean and we enjoyed having our grandchildren visit along with our dear friends who said they would love to stay in this lovely home.

Nancy and her husband are very nice, communicated well, and handled our one request promptly. The house is in a nice, quiet area and has a beautiful yard. The VRBO does not have a thermostat separate from the rest of the house. We stayed in October and it wasn't an issue but if you're temperature-sensitive, be aware that your control is limited to a fireplace and opening/closing windows. We found the beds comfortable, the rainfall shower is awesome, and there's plenty of space in the unit. We were very comfortable and would be happy to stay there again.

Overall we had a fantastic experience at the house. The only glitch was the listing stated there were three Queen Beds and a futon. When we arrived, we found 1 king, 1 queen and 1 futon. When inquired about the 3rd queen, we were told that we needed to request the bed. A Queen air mattress was brought in (and made up) quickly, which was nice. We just didn’t expect to have one of us sleep on an air mattress.

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re glad to hear you otherwise had a fantastic stay! Our listing currently specifies 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 1 futon, along with optional twin and queen airbeds available upon advance request. We’re always happy to set up additional sleeping arrangements quickly when needed, and we’re glad we were able to do so during your stay. We appreciate your visit and your helpful comments.

Refuge

We stayed in this VRBO on short notice for a funeral. It was the perfect refuge at the end of some very emotional days. The home is beautiful, set back in a quiet neighborhood away from busy roads and traffic, and has everything one would need to be comfortable. Thank you Nancy and Chris for hosting us.
