Ed and Mitzi's place was perfect for our tour of colleges in the Triangle. It's close to the highway and a Publix supermarket. It had just about everything we needed, and when we asked for something they dropped it off in a gift bag! Great stay -- recommended!

Bedrooms are all nice sizes. Beds were all very comfortable. Every bedroom had its own TV.Plenty of extra blankets and pillows were also available.

This is 5 stars and it starts with the owners who are so incredibly kind and supportive! They put up a Christmas tree and decorated so lovely. This place is perfect. A quiet cul de Sal where neighbors walk around. The parking can easily hold 6 cars. We felt right at home. Our Christmas celebration was perfect. Extra clean and comfortable with comfortable furniture and bed. Very appreciative. Close to everything. Would stay here again.

Candy’s Celebration of Life

It was a wonderful time with family celebrating my sister who is battling cancer on this side of the veil and lives in Durham. Ed and Mitzi were wonderful to communicate with- very responsive and helpful! We very much enjoyed our stay!!

Hidden Gem in Durham

Nice 4 bedroom house in Durham for family vacation. Layout of the house was excellent and suited our needs to a tee. Owner was excellent as she checked in periodically and handled any questions or problems quickly. Everyone who stayed at house was extremely happy and satisfied with their stay.

Nice house good location

Very well appointed with everything we would need and more. The yard was big enough for our 2 dogs. The owners communicated positively and promptly. We would definitely stay again.

We are Natives of Durham, The Bull City. My husband and I both grew up in Durham and meet at a very young age. This house is special to us because it was our first home. We love the trees in the backyard in the summer time and how cozy the house is at night when you sit outside on a warm spring/summer night. It makes you feel away from the city.

The spacious inside and out with a wooded backyard, the natural wildlife you may see and the quietness of hearing nature singing. Want to getaway from the city but still be relatively close? This is it!

この宿泊施設の特徴

The house is very close to some well known colleges. Durham, NC is the home of Duke University Champions and North Carolina Central University Champions. But the best known rivalry in America - UNC Chapel Hill is close by and of course our neighboring friends, NC State Champions! Also just 12miles from the house is Duke University Hospital and Duke Regional Hospital. Very close to great shops and restaurants in the Briercreek area.
The house is on dead end road, peaceful neighbors, large front and backyard, ceilings fans in each room even on the front porch. Gas Fire pit and wood burning fire pit.
