LONG DAY ON THE SLOPES? THIS UNIT IS FOR YOU! 1BR/1BA Mountain Lodge unit sleeps four (4) and enjoys a mountain view with brand new deck. Located adjacent to Snowshoe Village and only steps away from the Ballhooter chair lift, shops, and restaurants, and Wi-Fi. Nice!! You will totally feel at home in this cozy family-friendly condo. After a fun day on the slopes, this is the perfect place to warm up and relax! We are just a short walk to The Village and the Ballhooter lift. Once you arrive, park in the security-guarded lot and you won’t have to drive again until you are ready to leave. Modern kitchen with new oak cabinets and stainless appliances. Refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Full-size stove and oven. New mattresses. Cozy living room with a fold-out couch. Flat-screen TV and Roku for streaming. Dining for four. High-Speed Internet from City Net. Coin-operated laundry facilities are located down the hall by the elevators.

We enjoyed our stay, it is a great location and clean. However the bed and pull out couch were very uncomfortable and even with the thermostat off it gets very hot in there at one point it was 76 degrees.

Pros - Host was wonderful and provided details for everything you could think of. Condo was nice and clean and had everything we needed; small but worked for what it was intended. Cons - We couldn't figure out how to work the tv in the living room, the wifi didn't seem to work well, and the pull out couch was very uncomfortable, my son slept on the couch the second night instead of the mattress.

Decent space for a short getaway

My wife and I stayed here 1 night to enjoy the slopes. It was one of the only places that allowed 1 night stays. The lodge is very dated, and a little run down, but it is right on the slope with easy access to the lift. The room was nicely furnished and comfortable, with a balcony overlooking the slopes. The bedroom window is interior, but it was not loud and there seems to only be neighbors on one side. Overall, not bad for a short stay.

Good location

This property is located in a good location to ski in-ski out. The entire property is quite outdated and in need of renovation. I can also attest to the condo being very warm. Opening the sliding door and window cools the kitchen and sofa area but not the bedroom. Also, the bedroom window is an interior window which is right above the arcade. The curfew for the arcade is supposed to be 10 pm but it is not enforced unless you complain (which I had to do). In my opinion, the place is overpriced for its condition.
