SLOPE SIDE NO AIR CONDITION PET FRIENDLY

PLEASE CHECK THE AVAILABILITY OF LIFT TICKETS/LESSONS OR BIKE PARK PASSES/BIKE RENTALS/LESSONS BEFORE MAKING YOUR RESERVATION.

​​​​​​UPDATED HOUSE RULES:
~ Reservation holders must complete check-in requirements.
~ The reservation holder must submit a photo of their driver's license, and a selfie holding their driver's license for verification.
~ A signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking.
~ Pet Friendly - Pets are limited to two, medium sized, house broken DOGS ONLY. All other animals are not allowed. Pet damages are not covered by the Damage Waiver Fee. Damages caused by your pet will be charged to your credit card on file.
~ No Smoking or Vaping.
~ No large gatherings
~ Check in time is after 4:00 PM
~ Check out time is 10:00 AM
~ Mandatory quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am
~ Minimum age of reservation holder is 25

Snow Shoe lodging

Very easy to book. Staff over rental property so helpful and kind. Room very clean and tidy.Now for the BUT…Needs a serious upgrade.The mattresses are beyond old. Pull out couch you seriously feel every single spring. After 4 days my back hates me.The master bedroom mattress is sagging and actually the springs make noises.After the slopes all day a nice mattress makes a huge difference.I did tell the staff about the dishwasher. It looks new but after three washes we gave up. It will not wash dishes and leaves the soap inside.Over all I enjoyed our stay. I won’t stay here again unless I know the mattresses have been replaced.Decor and carpet clean but very dated.

Intimate spot for a couple to enjoy each other while having the slopes at your doorstep and the village a short shuttle away. Will definitely book this again

Ski in ski out/ outdated

Location is great, wood burning fire place was awesome. Definitely outdated and could use a remodel but that didnt bother us. Only issue i would have is the mattress isnt the best but doable. Definitely needs a new couch and chair, not comfortable at all. And the tv is tiny and remote barelly works. Other than that not a bad place to stay and a good place if you bring ypur dog

Not a Pet Friendly Stay

Unfortunately our worst stay at Snowshoe ever. This should not be listed as pet friendly if all the neighbors are going to call and complain. and the fact that you as the managing company called us and told us it was an EMERGENCY that our dogs were barking us Unacceptable. As an end unit, where EVERYONE stood against our unit to put on their skis ( including the people complaining about barking) what would you expect. The unit constantly had skiers putting on skis against the unit we were in ( which is noisy! )

Ski in and out is everything at this location!

The place is very cozy and location is everything!!! It is simple and could use some updates just aesthetically, but other than that, its great!The Casago team was very helpful and did everything for us to have the best stay!

wonderful stay

Great location! cozy home with just what you need. well stocked kitchen met our needs. bed wasn’t the most comfy but not terrible. big area out back to romp around with the pup, easy walk (end of the parking lot) to the top of powder ridge lift

clean and well appointed. Our senior dog had a great snooze watching the Deer outside. Powder ridge lift was even open in late March!!

It was clean, convenient, and pretty comfortable. Needs a new stove (burners worked off and on). Definitely bare bones…nothing extra, like a box of tissue.

Quiet amazing views

We visited this property while out of season and the quietness was exactly what we were looking for! Access to the property was easy and loved waking up to the forest views with wildlife all around us. Kitchen had everything we needed and the board games were fun to play also. I would recommend this location if you are looking for peace and solitude. I will be back for sure!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Snowshoe Mtn is awesome, Powderidge is a great locatíon, but Powderidge Unit #30 is a bit of a hole. The interior has never been updated. As a result the carpet is old and pretty disgusting. We had to wash the blankets for the pull out couch because of their smell. The retro shower door was broken. The Owners really have a good location if they would just spend a little money updating and cleaning the unit.

Had everything we needed

Our family of 4 and our dog enjoyed staying at this condo. Although it was older and could benefit from some updates, it had everything we needed and we were comfortable. The view is beautiful and the proximity of the condo to the ski resort is great; there are restaurants and skiing in walking/skiing distance and at the same time it is at a distance so noise from the resort/restaurants/bars are avoided. We would come here again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Checkin was quick and easy. Checkin staff was great. We love the location of the unit on the mountain. The unit itself is incredibly dated. The furniture is very old and uncomfortable. The carpet felt very old. You can feel springs in the mattress. It’s a pet friendly unit but I didn’t expect dog hair to be all over the extra fleece blankets. A little bit of updating with the decor and furnishings could really change the feel of this unit overall.

Bare minimum

The place is much smaller than it appears in the pictures. Nothing has been updated. Mattress is very uncomfortable. Very little kitchenware, and what is there is old and cheap. The knives have old wooden handles that kept giving me splinters. Truthfully, the only good thing about this place is its location and clearly that is the only thing that the owners are betting. They know the place will be rented out because it's a ski in/ski out so they have put very little effort into actually have a nice rental. Not worth the price, there is much better for the same or cheaper.
