The property does include a ski locker, as shown in the listing photos, though it is located in a separate area of the building rather than inside the home. The property does not include indoor parking, but we provide a photo of the assigned parking spot in the listing for full transparency. We regret that the sofa bed and king-size bed did not meet your comfort expectations. Your concerns regarding access, laundry facilities, dishwasher, ski access, and the broken ski locker have been duly noted, and but it is important to point out that all of our amenities are included in the listing of the home and we encourage all guest to throughly read it over to better prepare for their stay. The ski locker we understand was a difficult situation as we had to wait for the HOA to replace the lock, which was communicated with you and has since been fixed.
