Serene CreekSide Retreat in NorthStar / Mins to the Village /DISCOUNTED
Welcome to our Creekside Retreat - nestled in a private close knit street in the heart of NorthStar. The retreat is protected by quarter century old pine trees and engulfed by rays of light streaming through stained glass windows and skylights throughout the house. If you are searching for a comfortable getaway while chasing adventure on the mountain, golf course or the lake, this is the ultimate place for you and your family. It is newly remodeled and is a short distance to the Village, Recreation Center, and Gondola via a brief walk or a quick ride (one stop away) with the “on-demand“ shuttle service. During the summer, book a tee time at the Northstar Golf Course located across the street. The cabin is also just a 10 minute drive to the shores of Lake Tahoe or the vibrant Truckee downtown and a 20 minute drive to Donner Lake. At the end of your day, relax in the outdoor jacuzzi or the indoor hot sauna.
RULES & DISCLOSURES:
• Renters are responsible for following Placer County's Good Neighbor Policies.
• No loud parties are allowed at this property.
• No gas, wood, or charcoal BBQ grills or firepit allowed per Placer County STR Ordinance. The BBQ grill is locked due to the STR Ordinance for fire safety.
• This is a NO PETS and NO SMOKING property due to family member allergies.
• We love this cabin and want to ensure all of our guests get to experience it in its natural immaculate state. As such, please keep outside shoes off any of the carpets and rugs.
• This property is located in bear country. Please be mindful of your surroundings. No food should be left in the car. No trash should be left unattended in the garage or outside of the Bear Box. Make sure the bear box door is latched at all times. Please keep the doors and windows closed in the house, as well as in your vehicle.
• The garage is not very deep and the garage door has a slightly lower clearance. However, it should fit 2 small size sedans snugly or 1 SUV parked at a slight angle. Please pay attention to the clearance when driving in/out of the garage or opening/closing the trunk inside the garage.
• Per NPOA rules, NO PARKING ON THE STREET at any time.
• Our home has home security cameras installed on the exterior of the home (one camera with flood lights above the garage door and one on each side of the house) for security and safety purposes, i.e. monitoring animal activities throughout the year.
• Access to NPOA Recreation Center requires a guest fee. Please check the NPOA website or call the front desk for details.
• There is a Peloton bike+ in the 2nd living room. Please discourage young children from climbing or playing with the bike for their safety. You will need your Peloton membership to access the program. Pedal converters have been installed. Therefore, you don't need your click on shoes.

- Garage with parking for 2 cars - the garage has low clearance and can fit 2 smaller cars or 1 standard SUV parked at a slight angle
