Vista del Playa, a ground floor unit, was formally part of the Ritz Carlton Reserve hotel program. It was one of the most desired residences because of its luxury hotel furnishings package, ideal location one building away from Encanto and Spa Botanica, the residence is now available to rent directly from the owner for holidays.

The Residence is an over-sized two-bedroom 2.5 bath unit, with a terrace and pool overlooking the beach and ocean. Built at the same time as the Ritz Carlton Reserve Hotel, this property is managed by the Ritz Carlton. Please note that you will be renting this property from the owner and the manager of your experience is Paradise Villas and Vacations. They will assist you with everything you need to ensure your vacation meets your expectations and will be on hand to assist in many elements of your trip – from providing restaurant recommendations to help with planning excursions. They can also arrange for a private chef to cook local cuisine in your Residence or arrange a massage to ease your travel aches.

Two Queen Beds - on wooden bed frames and headboards, bedside table and lamp, picture window sliding doors lead to a terrace with an alfresco, rattan dinner table and two upholstered chairs, providing beach and ocean access via a set of ornamental steppingstones, flat-screen TV. Bedroom has separate climate-controlled A/C. The room has shutters with mosquito screens to allow open air sleeping listening to the waves crashing. Bathroom includes a separate bathtub and shower and a separate toilet room.

- A stunning feature of this Residence is the patio which runs the length of the Residence, the infinity edge pool sits directly in front of the terrace, and the pool sits directly in front of the beach. Beautiful, well-kept, plantings, bushes and Palm trees and your own private grass area in between the pool and beach offer a sense of privacy, yet give immediate access to a perfect white beach, made famous because of their protection, in essence forming a salt water ocean lagoon right behind the Residence. The terrace acts as an important living space, and greatly enhances your enjoyment and relaxation.

The owner can sponsor (for additional fees) access to the exclusive Dorado Beach Club, which offers you the unique Watermill Waterpark, Fitness Center, Discounted Golf privileges, and entry to the Encanto Beach Club with Watersports activities nearby.

Guest and Owner will sign an occupancy agreement detailing the terms of the stay. Guest may request a copy of this agreement at any time as it is specific to each Villa rental.

Guests are responsible for ALL utilities for stays of a month or more.

If guests stay for longer than two weeks a mid-stay cleaning will be charged $195.

Additional fees are required for membership sponsorship and Club Membership. “Dorado Club Membership”: access to discounted golf, Water Mill waterpark, the beach at Encanto, and Fitness and Wellness Center.

FOR GUESTS WITH NO MEMBERSHIPS, YOU WILL STILL HAVE ACCESS TO THE BEACH, GOODWINDS WATERSPORTS (available only on weekends and holidays), THE SPA, AND YOUR COMMUNITY POOL AND TENNIS COURTS.
