Through the entry, you will find the expansive downstairs area with two bedrooms and one full bathroom. One bedroom offers a Queen with flat screen TV and the other offers two twins. There is additional seating area with large flat screen TV and wet bar that opens to a screened porch overlooking the deck and canal.
Upstairs is a well-equipped open concept kitchen with eat in bar, living area with large TV and two identical King master suites boasting flat screen TVs, double sink vanities and large walk-in closets!
This home is perfect for families, couples, and fisherman! Conveniently located close to shopping, grocery stores, and about 1 mile from Sombrero Beach! Florida Keys Country Club Golf Course just across the street!
The swimming pool can be heated (optional $200/wk) and overlooks the tranquil canal. Incredible deep water dockage up to a 35 ft boat, with water at the dock, 2 fish cleaning tables!

House NEEDS maintenance. Internet photos are inaccurate and is of a NEWLY remodeled house. Venetian blinds are old and fell off when opening or closing. Only one washcloth provided for party of 6. NO potholders for handling hot dishes. King bedroom bathtubs need remodeling. Need rubberized mats for stepping out of all showers. Tiles are slippery and dangerous when WET. Including outside foyers. Outside plastic chairs were cracked by previous renters.

Keys Spring break trip

Overall, great house and location. Love the little touches like the welcome basket with things like toothbrushes, laundry detergent and playing cards. The space was perfect for a group with teens, who could use the downstairs space to their liking and the adults had their separate upstairs space. A few issues or recommendations…We didn’t have a heated pool until Friday (despite multiple conversations with the rep from the management company), so swims were brief and only at the hottest part of the day. The back deck is great- but the first step off the kitchen stairs is a trip hazard- I would recommend marking that so people remember it’s there. Then just little things like no throw blanks to use on the couches, the ice maker in the fridge doesn’t work (there is a large ice maker down stairs, but not ideal if you just want to fill up a glass), and some of the pillows are old and need to be replaced asap.

Great house!!

The house was perfect and very clean. Lots of space for everyone. We like to cook and the kitchen was well equipped. Our only issue was the cold pool. We paid during the week to have it warmed and I don’t think it was - not enough for the cost anyway. The kids still got in a little. Overall, it was great! I would stay there again!!

Fabulous!

The house was just perfect. Very spacious, great layout, upstairs and down with the best equipped kitchen of any house we have rented. Beds are extremely comfortable and the two private balconies upstairs are perfect for morning coffee. Tons of space to be together or having a little quiet time. Our adult children and baby granddaughter came for a week and the downstairs was perfect for them with the two bedrooms and extra living room in the wet bar, so they had quiet space for the baby. Especially the fridge and microwave downstairs for heating late night bottles. House is even better than the pictures. Outside space is even more amazing. Huge yard and deck, perfect for playing games and more. Pool is awesome, heated perfectly and extremely clean! Tons of chairs everywhere for hanging out in the sun or shade as you choose. Again, even better than the pictures! The property exceeded our expectations all around. We stayed there for a month and cannot wait to go back. Definitely hoping to return next year. Thanks so much for sharing your home with us.

Away from home

My group and I were very happy with our accommodations. Comfortable, rooming and plenty of info to help your stay. Nice and quiet neighborhood. We would definitely rent again.

Needs Repairs

We enjoyed the location, 2 master bedrooms upstairs l/s bedroom stays warm we had to buy a fan. A/C in one of the 2 bedrooms downstairs the A/C was not working but was fixed the next day. Several other repairs needed. No dining room table just bar stools around the Island in kitchen.

Great vacation

We loved the house. Great location. Publix within two minutes. It’s a little bit of a trek through the canals to get to open water but we actually enjoyed it. House was just like the listing, pictures are accurate. It has a commercial icemaker, which was awesome and save lots of trips to the store. Definitely would recommend. We will be back.

A great stay and plenty of room

Was clean and the rooms were as described. Other than seasonings bring everything ese you need. when we needed anything Jessica was very understanding and responsive. For our group, being kayakers we did miss having a convenient way to enter our kayakers from the dock, it was much to high. All in all a great experience. Thanks

Amazing Stay

Beautiful home, extremely clean and spacious. Amenities were perfect and customer service was outstanding. Lovely layout, with huge kitchen offering unlimited cookware, as well as two spacious living areas. We used the pool daily and the home provided great relaxation in between rides. The personal boat dock made going out to the ocean effortless. The u shaped driveway provided easy in and out parking and a large space to store our boat trailer. We even saw 3 of the neighborhood iguanas walk by! The boat ride to Sombrero reef was fairly short and we were lucky enough to see dolphins at the bay and stingrays in the canals. Publix is only 2 streets away and quick access to restaurants. This is by far the best house we have ever stayed in. Highly recommend!

Nice, bright house

House is very bright with 2 awesome master suites. Much further to beach than listed and sleeps 8 not 10. Contact is with rental agent (responsive) not owner. Issues with pool heat and hot water. Could be a 5 out of 5 with attention to details.
