Great Beach House

The house and location were great, but no AC is an issue, especially during the day. Only so much open windows and fans can do. The rooftop BBQ and views were spectacular.

Location is awesome!!!

The house is a four out of five. The only reason it did not give me five is because the road noise kept us up at night in the beds were a little uncomfortable other than that a perfect stay and awesome vacation!

Nice stay in Oxnard

We are a construction company doing a job nearby in Ventura. Our crew loved staying here and I actually re-booked the house after this stay. It is run by a third party rental company, so although I thought I had made the payment through VRBO I apparently had not. They sent an email requesting a payment on the weekend while I was away from my computer. To my surprise on Monday, the second booking was cancelled! It was fun while it lasted though. Nice place!

Fabulous vacation getaway/stunning views

We absolutely loved the property. We were able to bring our three fur babies, who absolutely loved running up and down the stairs on the decks. We thoroughly enjoyed the view of the beach. We used to live in the Seabridge Community before moving out of state. Being close to our friends and family was wonderful. We would definitely rent this property again. Having convenient parking, garage, washer/dyer amenities was fantastic. The home is beautiful and comfortable. Everything was fantastic. Thank you so much!

Block off the beach

Location was great for the beach and harbor activities. Listing shows a hot tub,but there wasn’t one at the unit. Beds should be replaced with kings and queens for taller people. Not comfortable overall. Unit layout and location are great.

Weekend get away

We all had a wonderful time getting out of the heat in our town to come to the Beach. The relaxation and climate were perfect. I would like to suggest some items fell short on availability, I had to go to the store and replace: Paper Towels, Dish Soap, & Shower Soap. I had to retrieve toilet paper from different bathrooms to replace a couple times. The windows were a bit difficult to open, close, and for some, lock. Thank you!

Spacious House

Good clean home with all the amenities and supplies. Roof top deck is great feature! House has ping pong table, boogie boards, beach chairs/supplies and bicycles. No TV or cable channels; only streaming services. Home needs some repairs: AC doesn’t work, toilet runs, some windows do not open or blinds need repair, bikes have broken spokes. Overall nice stay.

Spacious Beach Retreat with Charm, but in Need of Maintenance

Our stay at this beach rental had its highs and lows. The house is spacious, clean, and well-laid-out, with a comfortable living room, solid WiFi, and a modern kitchen with new appliances. However, maintenance issues significantly impacted our experience. Many windows were stuck or permanently bolted closed due to corrosion from the sea air, many of the cellular shades were broken (they don’t block sunlight, so plan on getting up early), the clothes dryer was damaged by housekeeping, and the downstairs shower’s diverter was broken. The $150 2 burner BBQ was rusted through and barely usable and the master bedroom’s queen size mattress felt too small and low-quality. Noise from the street is amplified by a wall across the street at the school. While management was responsive, no repairs were completed during our three-day holiday weekend, leaving us without laundry or a downstairs shower. No scrub sponge in the kitchen was not fun. The property has potential but needs better upkeep to match its coastal charm and price tag.

Great Beach house Stay

My recent stay at the beautiful beach house in Ventura, CA was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this would be a memorable experience. The house itself is a gem, perfectly situated right near the beach, offering stunning views. The decor is elegant yet comfortable, making us feel right at home while enjoying a touch of luxury. One of the highlights was the spacious and well-appointed living area, complete with large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare delicious meals, and we especially enjoyed having breakfast on the deck while watching the sunrise. The bedrooms were cozy and inviting, with plush beds that ensured a restful night's sleep. The bathrooms were clean, featuring high-quality fixtures and ample amenities. The location of the beach house is ideal. We were just a short drive away from downtown Ventura, where we explored charming shops, enjoyed local cuisine, and visited the Ventura Pier. The beach itself was pristine and never crowded, giving us plenty of space to relax, swim, and soak up the sun. Our hosts were incredibly accommodating and responsive, providing us with all the information we needed for a smooth check-in and a delightful stay. They truly went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Overall, our stay at this beach house was an unforgettable experience. Whether you're looking for a peaceful retreat or an adventure-filled getaway, this place has it all. I can't wait to return and make more memories in this beautiful slice of paradise.
