Adorable, casa de playa decorada profesionalmente a pasos de la arena, ¡solo dos casas de la playa! Dos habitaciones más buhardilla y 2 1/2 baños. Pisos de madera abajo con chimenea! Mesa de comedor para 6 personas y cocina completamente equipada. Exuberante patio con barbacoa. Recientemente remodelado con todos los electrodomésticos nuevos, incluyendo lavadora y secadora estándar.

Mandalay Beach es una maravillosa y tranquila playa de arena blanca perfecta para la diversión familiar o para parejas que buscan un refugio. Disfrute de los deportes oceánicos e incluso pida prestados las tablas de surf, las sillas de playa y las sombrillas que le proporcionamos. Cuando haya terminado en la playa, enjuague en la cálida ducha al aire libre en nuestro patio privado. Esta propiedad está recientemente remodelada con muebles de calidad en un tema de cabaña de playa.

Disfrute del puerto de las Islas del Canal en las inmediaciones y practique observación de ballenas, paddle surf o kayak en la marina. Los domingos en el puerto encontrará un pintoresco mercado de agricultores. También hay muchos lugares agradables para cenar a lo largo del puerto deportivo.

This is a really clean, beautiful property within a 2 minute walk to the beach. Erica was very responsive to any communication and the property was VERY well stocked. We really appreciated the beach chairs, mats, umbrella, sand toys, boogie boards and beach towels. Such a pretty place! The kitchen actually had sharp knives! Only downside of the kitchen is zero food storage (foil, bags, Tupperware). We did experience beach tar, which was a first for us, but there was tar remover and we figured it out. The only kind of strange thing was the bedroom configuration. We were all able bodied adults, but the loft bedroom within the second bedroom did not afford much privacy and the noise from the living room and kitchen could all be heard clearly. The ladder to the loft is very steep and getting luggage up there is interesting. The landscaping is amazing. The fire pit did not work, maybe out of propane? Overall, a very enjoyable stay in a beautiful property. Would definitely stay here again.

Positives: The house was beautiful! Across the street from the beach and the neighborhood was extremely quiet and peaceful. The house itself was spacious with lots of various games, activities, kitchen/houseware appliances, and beach gear! The owners were responsive and very polite!Negatives: The biggest negative for us was the house does not have central air conditioning. The owners have put in an AC unit in the upper loft, but it doesn't reach everywhere. Because of this, the house was very humid and warm in the afternoons and well into the evening. Thankfully, the owners had fans all over the house and in every room so we were able to set those up and also had all the windows open for fresh air. However, even with all that, it was still quite hot in the bedrooms at night, making it hard to sleep. Realistically this is probably only an issue for when there's a heat wave (like there was during our stay!), but it would've been nice to know before booking that the AC was not centralized and therefore would require extra work to try and stay cool.

Amazing property. If I could give this pace 6 stars I would still want to give more. The location was perfect. Several places we have stayed claimed to be steps away from the beach but this was legitimately "steps away from the beach." The location really felt like we were way out of town but we were actually just 10 miles away from every place you would need for shopping. The beach felt like a private beach as well. There was no one else within 100 yards of us on either side. The condo itself was awesome and had a really fun beachy feel but also had an upscale feel. Plenty of room for everyone. Plenty of utensils and pots and pans.There was one really private bedroom and one that was more of an open air type bedroom. The loft was interesting but we made it work. Having 2 1/2 baths made it so easy to go from the beach to the next activity quickly. The only complaint I have was with the coffee maker. We could not figure it out and the times we tried it dumped coffee all over the counter and floor. Communication with the host was easy and the responses were quick, even though everything was taken care of. If you are considering this location, this is an amazing place that you will NOT regret booking. I am hoping to go back with my family before the year ends.

Better than pictures

Beautiful home. If you are expecting three bedrooms, just be aware that two of the bedrooms don't have four walls surrounding them. They are open and it gets very bright in the morning. To get to the loft you must claim a ladder. It will get hot during the summer with no AC, but if you don't mind, I highly recommend this cute condo. We loved the location and the bright welcoming home.

Beach stay in Oxnard

Nice place. Misrepresented # of bedrooms. Only (1) full bedroom. Loft with a queen bed with a second loft above it with bed.No 4th wall on either. Probably good for kids, not great for adult couples.

We had an excellent stay. The property had everything that we needed, was super conveniently located, and great amenities. Erica was wonderful to work with and very prompt. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place in Oxnard.

Great Experience!

This house is the perfect place to stay for a quiet getaway. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly and the beach that's just a few short minutes walks away was quiet and not crowded at all. The location to the beach is not all that this place has to offer. Its a short drive to grocery and retail shopping, restaurants, and even parks. Its also a quick and easy drive to Ventura Harbor if you need to catch a boat to Channel Islands National Park like we did. Communicating with the host was easy and they gave us all the information we needed with quick and courteous responses. I literally do not have anything bad to say about this place. We already know where we are going to stay next time we come back to explore one of the other Channel Islands.

Perfect Beach House

Stayed here with my wife and 2 young kids and this house was perfect for us. It was well stocked with everything from kitchen equipment, to towels, to laundry supplies. It was very clean, spacious, and well lit. Also, the location was amazing it was a 3 minute walk to the beach and had an awesome back deck where you could rinse off all the sand before going inside. 10/10 would highly recommend for a small family.

Clean, comfortable, functional

Great location 1 block from the public beach access path. This unit is part of a 4-plex and everything was clean with plenty of shower towels, however only 2 beach towels, a bag of beach toys and 2 small boogie boards that didn't have leashes. The neighborhood was quiet, people were friendly, peaceful and relaxing vibe. Parking for one car in the driveway, no garage access, more parking on street. 2 full bathrooms on second floor and a half bath on first floor. Open space between downstairs living area and 2 of the 3 bedrooms on second floor and loft bedroom, so sound travels easily throughout and. Beds were medium soft/firm. Plenty of kitchenware. Some outdated features, could use some paint touch-ups throughout for better esthetics, but everything was functional and comfortable. Within 10 minutes of grocery store, gas, restaurants. We would stay here again.

Close to beach

Quiet area with our own parking. Plenty of cooking equipment (pots, pans, knives, etc.). Very close to nice sandy beach. Loft bedroom was a hit for 11 year old.

Perfect Pacific Ocean Stay!

The entire experience was fantastic. Booking was perfect and instant. Our host was wonderful and was very responsive. Oxnard beaches are amazing. You are literally steps from the Pacific. The unit was decorated very nicely and the beach theme was consistent throughout every room. This place is very CLEAN. Everything worked as it should. We all enjoyed the gas fireplace to add a bit of ambiance. The place has big skylights that give it a light and airy feel. The patio is great for relaxing and having a BBQ. The beds were comfortable, towels soft and water hot! Doesn’t get much better than this. Thanks for a great stay!

Nice house in great location

This is a very nice house, one minute away from the sea. The beach is very large and very quiet. It is much nicer than both the outer banks and Delaware.

Just steps from the beach this home is perfect for our family. The beach is quiet and not crowded, the ocean life is abundant and the oceanside town is quaint. We love it here! Oxnard is perfectly situated in between Malibu and Santa Barbara.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

So close to the water means more time for play and less time for preparation. After playing all day at the beach we like to shower in our outdoor shower to rinse off the sand and then barbecue on our patio. It is the perfect home to bond with our children and make memories. Our location is appealing to wine lovers as well with many California wineries close by. Situated in between two harbors, this home is also ideal for marina sports!
