Palazzo is located at 17281 Front Beach Road on the popular West-end of Panama City Beach. This is Panama City Beach's newest condominium featuring low density, 129 units, private beach residences, all taking advantage of the gorgeous aquamarine views and tranquil sea breezes of the Gulf of Mexico. This 14th floor condominium is a complete destination, offering an impressive array of beach front amenities putting it in a class to itself.

Enjoy the elevated tropical beach front swimming pool that is seasonally heated. There is a full fitness center, conference center, three high speed elevators, and covered gated gulf side parking. Typically, you feel as though you have the resort all to yourself. You do not have the overcrowding and long lines of other resort areas.

Located just one mile from the Pier Park development featuring wonderful restaurants, shopping, and 'The Grand 16 Movie Theater'. This all new unit is convenient to all area attractions including golf, tennis, fishing, biking, shopping, miniature golf, and is only about 35 miles from the outlet malls of Destin. You will find the unit just off Highway 79 and within minutes of the new Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport. There is a Winn Dixie, CVS Pharmacy, and a major local restaurant just across the street from Palazzo.

This unit is fully furnished with a king bed in the master bedroom, queen bed in the guest suite and a king bed in the third bedroom. The sofa is a pull out queen size giving the unit a very comfortable sleeping capacity of eight. There are four high definition flat screen televisions with one 32 inch TV in each bedroom and a 52 inch in the family area. Each television is accompanied by a DVD player and features surround sound in the family room.

The kitchen is fully furnished with all appliances. There is a separate laundry room with full size washer and dryer. The unit includes 415 feet of balconies equipped with upgraded patio furniture including lounges, and views of extraordinary sunsets. Wireless internet, cable with premium channels, and telephone service are included. Telephone service includes free long distance to the USA and Canada.

Finally, we have purchased what is one of the most beautiful spots on the gulf. It is our mission to provide a high quality luxury experience for all who enter our doors.

Family Vacation

Beautiful condo with great views! Clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Loved all the sitting room in the living area. This is our second time renting from Tony and once again, we were not disappointed. Tony is great to work with and responds very quickly if you have any questions or concerns. We've also stayed in his 5th floor rental and it is just as fabulous! We will definitely rent from Tony again.

Bike week

Great condo, beautifully decorated, clean & comfortable. Three master suites are hard to find and a must for three couples. (no bunk beds). We came down a day earlier to beat the rain and Tony was gracious enough to let us in the condo early Thursday morning so we could get settled and get the party started. Can't say enough about the condo it was perfect as usual with the best view in Panama City. We are looking forward to coming back next year. Thanks Tony.

This was undoubtedly the nicest condo that my family has ever stayed in. The unit was furnished with the best, and had everything a family would need for a wonderful vacation. Mr Foskey made it so easy for us to rent from , even sending all the codes thru Email making our late check in so easy. I will definitely be interested in renting this unit again!!

Our Piece of Heaven

This was our 3rd stay in this fabulous condo and it will certainly not be our last. Tony is a joy to work with. The pictures do not do this beautiful condo justice. It is just as described and very clean. The balcony furniture is quality and such a peaceful place to enjoy a glass of wine while watching the sunset or conversations and fun with your family. I highly recommend this unit as well as any unit that Tony has. The elevators are fast. Parking can be tricky as it's a tight parking garage. Always plenty of luggage carts available. Lobby receptionist is helpful. You can rent DVD's in the lobby. Winn Dixie/CVS/Liquor store/gas station are within walking distance. 'Awesome restaurant directly across the street. You will not be disappointed with this unit. The only thing I would ask Tony to change is to have pillow cases available for the extra pillows. That's it! Tony, thank you for all you do and I will be back in 2017, celebrating our 18th wedding anniversary with family.

Our experience renting from Tony was great. The condo is cozy, clean, and well designed, with plenty of room and really stunning views. Beach access is very easy and the chair service was great, elevators fast and never had to wait for more than a few seconds. We loved 1408 and Palazzo.

We ate at 2 great places and wanted to share, both in Rosemary Beach which is 15 min. down the road. The first is Shades and the second is La Cocina Mexican Grill & Bar. Mikes Oyster bar for my husband did the job.

We also enjoyed a short drive down to St. Andrews State Park where the beach and water are crystal clear and usually a little calmer than in town. Its a pretty place to see. It is $8.00 a car load, worth it to keep our State parks beautiful.

We hope to be back for a visit. Oops, also wanted to mention that the beds are comfy too. Don't hesitate on this one!

Wonderful , Beautiful , we stayed 3 wonderful months in this beautiful condo, the view was to die for !! The condo was very clean , beds were very comfortable The owner has spared nothing in making this a beautiful and wonderful place and speaking of owner he was so very kind and such a blessing to work with and I would like to thank him for everything!!
