Private unit w/ Water & Mountains views!

On a clear day you can see the Olympic Mountains and wait until you see the sunsets! Located on the peaceful Skyline of Tacoma, close to Titlow Park that you can walk to and explore!

The neighborhood is quiet and a great hub for exploring the Pacific Northwest scenery! We are 5 minute drive to from Harbor Greens, blocks away from Cooper's Bar and Grill, and much more! Easy access to Point Ruston, downtown Tacoma and Gig Harbor!

The space:
The unit is on the lower level of a 2 story house, this will be completely your space, although you may see other guests.

Guest access:
The unit is completely yours! Parking is in front of your unit and is free.

Other things to note:
The bed is a comfy Purple mattress, we've now had 2 guests purchase this same mattress after sleeping on the bed!

This basement apartment was just as described and in a very convenient location! Yvette was extremely pleasant and quick to respond. I appreciated how nicely the kitchen was appointed for my brief stay. Thanks!

Don’t ever stay here!

We had the worst experience ever with this rental. The property didn’t look at all like the pictures posted on VRBO, to begin with. All kitchen appliances were dirty, pans were in a box on the floor. We could not control the temperature of the room. Thermostat was controlled by people living upstairs. The unit was extremely hot. We did not stay even one night. Called the owner, and asked for a refund, she said she would only return our money if she could rent the unit to someone else in the meantime, since we were leaving. Bathroom towels were cloth material, not “ bath towels”. We also called VRBO which did not help us at all. We lost around $800, and still had to pay for another hotel at last minute. VRBO customer service was also to be desired, and not even a partial refund was offered. The place, in our opinion, was below any normal expectations. I am not usually the one who sends bad reviews. But we were extremely upset that no one was able to at least refund us some of the money. Trust us, we stayed at several VRBO properties before, in different places and states in the US. I have never had such a terrible experience like this one. Be aware, all photos are misleading. Don’t stay there.

What makes this property unique

Views for days! We LOVED living at this home and we could stare outside all day. We also enjoyed walking around the neighborhood. It is really a special place! It is conveniently located to so much that Tacoma has to offer.
