Your reservation includes access ONLY to the main house. The garage and another side area of the property are already in private use and are NOT included in the rental. These areas may be occupied and are completely off-limits for guests.
You’ll have the entire main house to yourselves with no shared interiors at all. The parking area and a portion of the yard are shared outdoor spaces, but everything is clearly separated to maintain your comfort and privacy.

• Early check-in / late check-out not available
• Lockbox code is sent the morning of arrival

• The jacuzzi is for registered guests only
• Use at your own risk
• No glass, food, or drinks near the jacuzzi
• Do not use under influence of alcohol/drugs
• Children under 12 must be supervised at all times
• Please shower before entering
• Do not adjust temperature or control panel
• Hours: 8 AM – 10 PM
• Cleaning or damage fee may apply if misuse occurs
• Failure to follow rules may result in loss of jacuzzi access
