We do our very best to offer a home that is enjoyable and comfortable. And to address all issues as quickly as possible! We state there is a camera in the parking areas ONLY. On the off season we do updates and improvements and this enables us to remotely verify who is at the home. And secure the home. As being notified on arrival only when a firm rental policy was broken, so we addressed it immediately. To ensure no extra expenses were added to the guest. All appliances are new ,less then one year old, they are gas which is stated. We have never had any complaints on the oven running to hot. There are 6 very large trash cans available for guest , we weren’t notified that they were full! The trash is picked up on Saturday which is also stated. If notified we could have had an additional trash pick up, we we not contacted on this issue. There were prior guest who gathered for Christmas, which could possibly be the cause of the small rubber bands from packages or games, our cleaning staff have never received a poor review, this is something out of the ordinary and we will make them aware of this. I guess all else was clean as nothing was stated. And yes we are still in remodeling stage, addressing the area stating concern , this area also has new flooring and between guest we are doing these updates. This update was semi completed but does not hamper or cause inconvenience to the guest. The stairs are normal standard step not narrow, yes they are carpeted, and again no one has ever stated slippery or had any issues. And yes there was a set of sheet missing this was rectified and addressed by our cleaning staff, not a stranger, an error which she apologized for! I would have to say if staying away for home , all staff would be a stranger, but the lady was part of our staff. And she arrived within an appropriate time frame after we were notified that a set of sheets were missing. So other then an issue with the rental policy being broken , for bringing a animal into the home, which is highlighted and stated. No Animals Allowed. Which we would have had to charge the guest for carpet and upholstery cleaning in addition to loss of of deposit, we feel this was a necessary step to contact them immediately. We had no other issues with the Lee guests. Again we try our very best to have everything available for an enjoyable stay. And to respond quickly and address anything that is needed and that we are made aware of.

The guest were respectful of our home. And we enjoyed hosting them. So glad their group enjoyed our location and the home. We love sharing this beautiful lake with them! We hope to host your group again in the future.
