Florence and Laurent welcome you to the Cherchelles cottage in an independent air-conditioned house on a fully enclosed plot of 2000m².<br>Ideal for families with children in a very quiet environment 800 m from the shops and restaurants of the village of Cour Cheverny.<br><br>This house is composed on the ground floor:<br>A large kitchen open to the living room, a large veranda, an adult bedroom, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a scullery with freezer and washing machine.<br><br>Upstairs you will discover an adult bedroom, a children's bedroom with 3 beds of 90, a mezzanine with a sofa bed (140 X 190), a bathroom with toilet and a playroom equipped for children.<br><br>Outside you benefit from a jacuzzi (in service from April to October), a summer kitchen with sink and plancha, a large table and a lounge area, a swing and even a kennel. You also have at your disposal a ping-pong table, a table football, a dartboard, a badminton area, volleyball, basketball and of course a petanque court.<br>There is also a hammock for naps in the shade!<br><br>Great novelty: a vintage pinball machine from 1978 has recently been installed at the gîte! This emblematic machine will delight young and old alike. However, the pinball machine is fragile: Thank you for taking care of it so that it can still make future generations dream.<br><br>Attention: If you are looking for a house to party, go your way.<br>Beds will be made on arrival.<br>Two tea towels will be provided, but towels are optional.<br><br>Possibility to rent bicycles on site (7 adult hybrid bikes plus a caravan and a child seat).<br><br>In order not to increase the price of your stay, we have chosen not to charge a cleaning fee.
