The rooms of the house preserve their old stones and exposed beams on the ceiling, which add an undeniable charm, with a large wood-burning stove warming the atmosphere in winter for convivial moments by the fire.



This stone house of 138 m² has a dining area with a large table. It is open to the living room with its sofa, television and wood stove. You will also discover, on the ground floor, a fully equipped open kitchen with its oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and all the necessary utensils to cook in complete peace of mind. You will also have access to the first bedroom with a double bed (140/190) as well as the first bathroom.



Upstairs, you will access the two other bedrooms: one of them has a double bed and the second, two single beds (90/190). A workspace is also available if you need to telework. You will also find a mezzanine with an additional double bed if needed, as well as a second bathroom with a separate toilet. The house has a washing machine and three parking spaces for total comfort.



The garden space is equipped with furniture to fully enjoy the outdoors and its salt water pool, open between mid-June and mid-September.
