Easily one of if not the best condo my family has stayed in. Everything was very clean on our arrival. Check in took about a minute. Oceanfront view is wonderful. The condo is very well appointed with kitchen supplies and the appliances look brand new. The hosts were fabulous about everything and checked in from time to time to make sure the condo was still meeting our needs. I would give 10 stars if it would let me.

Very nice unit. Communication with the host was excellent. We had a couple questions, they were answered immediately. The unit was clean and well stocked for our immediate needs, i.e. toilet paper, paper towels, etc. The beach view is spectacular and the pool is great. Overall we had a great family vacation staying in this unit.

The condo was very clean, no stains on couch or chairs. Our host was amazing in answering questions and providing info. The amenities were great! Most condos provide single rolls of toilet paper and paper towels. There was plenty. I liked that there was an onsite store, great convenience especially for lotions and snacks. The beach view was amazing. Parking was a bit different and a little bit aggravating at first but we adjusted to it.We would go back!

Great Place To Stay

Very nice & clean place to stay right on the beach. Beautiful views, within walking distance to lots of things. Great property with two pools & hot tubs. Awesome correspondence with owners!

Family vacation

Such a wonderful condo! The location was amazing. It was very centrally located and quick to get everywhere on the island. The condo was very clean, large, and very well stocked with anything we needed. The hosts were fantastic as well! We lock forward to staying there again!

Very nice ocean front property. Looks as though it has bee renovated recently. Large balcony with access from the living area or master bedroom. The kitchen has everything you would want for cooking. And the property owners were so helpful and friendly. Highly recommend. Overlooks the pool, with the gulf just beyond. Convenient to nearly everything.

We enjoyed our week stay in the condo. Beautiful views! Communication with Paula was wonderful. Any questions/concerns were answered almost immediately! Great location, the beach was never too busy and just a very short drive to many great restaurants!

Mothers/daighters/best friends trip

This condo was exactly as listed. We truly enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect. The condo itself is decorated beautifully. The owners were very quick to respond to any question I had. We plan to be back in 2024. Thank you for sharing your property with us.

Family Beach Vacation

This was the first time my brother and sister-in-law came with me to bring my nieces and nephew on a beach vacation and they had such a great time making memories!! We all loved the condo!! The condo is beautifully decorated and so comfortable, with everything we needed to feel at home. I personally loved seeing the county pier from our balcony view and it was just a short walk to visit in person!! We enjoyed our time on the beach and at the pool!!!

Perfect for our needs

This property worked out perfect for our baseball tourney family. Our schedule had a last second change which required us to need to check in a little early. The host allowed the early check in without hesitation which helped us to coordinate tourney activities and grocery shopping for the week. The condo lived up to our expectations and the location was perfect.

Excellent family-friendly beachfront condo with responsive owner

We really enjoyed staying here and highly recommend. Plenty of space for my husband and I, our son and his friend. Our son loved the bunk space because there was some privacy with the curtains separating from the hall. Large balcony with plenty of comfortable seating. We loved that it was steps from the elevator and in the middle of the condominium complex so you had center-view of the ocean and pool. It's on the 8th floor, quick elevator ride from the 5th floor crosswalk from parking garage. Owner was very responsive and very kind. There was a slight delay in check in time due to cleaning but the owner was very sweet and offered to Venmo $ to enjoy a cocktail while we waited. A very kind gesture though we declined because it wasn't a very long wait. She texted immediately when room was ready. It's a plus being able to communicate directly with the owner vs. a property management company.

Wonderful!!

This condo is wonderful! The location is either within walking distance or a close drive to shopping, entertainment, and any dining you could want. The pool area, tiki bar, and the beach are easily accessible. The room is right across from the elevator and the trash chute is right across the hall from the room next door. Sunrise view from the balcony is good, but the sunsets are breathtaking! The pier is also very close. The owners respond in a very timely fashion and provide any information that is requested. If needed, they will find out info and return it to you after they make outside inquiries. Their communication is impeccable! I can not say enough about the kindness of the owners or how wonderful the condo and location is! The ONLY thing I could possible recommend is.....just Stay at Least One More Day than you think you want to! Phenomenal experience! Thank you for sharing your condo with us and allowing us to visit! ~Lisa
