Fantastic villa for a hen party in Split

We absolutely loved our stay at Seventh Heaven Villa. Karlo was helpful from the very beginning, putting us in contact with transport and food shop providers, making our stay so much easier. The villa is lovely, very big and, considering it sleeps so many people, you never felt on top of each other. The pool area outside is great, with plenty of sunloungers and incredible views. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend!

Great location: close to city centre (15 Uber drive), but out of the city (fresh air, calm and quite). 800 m from the beach. Comfortable villa, great pool with breathtaking view. Very friendly host. Always ready to help and to navigate.

We had the most amazing time at the villa this weekend. The villa was even better than described and the views are fantastic! Everything was clean and well presented. Karlo and his mum were great hosts and couldn’t do enough do enough for us. Thanks you so much Karlo.

Nice House, incredible view and an incredible pool! We we’re 14 guys Living comfortably, so the House is perfect for larger groups. Karlo, the host, were also very welcoming and very kind!Only thing that could be better is the location which is a 15 minute drive from Split, but with Uber bring that available and affordable, it wasn’t that Big of an issue.Otherwise 10/10 - would recommend!

Just back from a 4 night stay at seventh heaven villa with only good things to say. The villa it’s self is absolutely spotlessly clean. Beds all very comfortable and plenty of them. bathrooms all beautifully clean with great water pressure and plenty of towels provided. The pool area was amazing lots of sun beds and the pool itself is stunning. Karlos arranged for a smooth check in with tonnes of information and our transfers with nenand who was at our beck n call all weekend. up n down to old town split. Karlos also arranged the most incredible half day boat trip for us. Everything has been so easily organised I couldn’t fault our whole trip and if the chance ever comes round again. everyone of us 15 girls would come back. Thank you so much Karlos Maria & nenand for looking after us we had the best time

Excellent stay for families

We were a group of 4 families, 17 persons. It fit us perfectly and we didn't need extra beds, The pool is great and our children (teenagers) spent most of the time in it. Split is only 20 min away by car where we spent most of the evenings and many beaches are also within 30 min by car. Karlo and his mother are extremely helpful and always went the extra mile to please us. He even bought a portable Air conditioner to be put in one of the rooms since air conditioner is not in all rooms. The whole stay was a pleasant experience.

We stayed for ten nights in "seventh heaven" and it was really great. The location is beautiful, great view and Karlo and his parents are excellent hosts. They provided us with helpful tips and recommentations, even with food. Furthermore "Seventh heaven" is a perfect startIng point for activities. We will gladly come again.

Alles genauso wie angegeben, sehr schön!

Wir, eine Gruppe von 16 Leuten, waren eine Woche in der schönen Seventh Heaven Villa um unseren Abiurlaub dort zu verbringen. Karlo, der Vermieter, hatte sehr viel Vertrauen in uns und war einer der wenigen, der so viele junge Leute überhaupt in sein Haus gelassen hat. Auch bei vielen Nachfragen von meiner Seite aus blieb Karlo immer nett und war jederzeit für uns über Whatsapp erreichbar. Alle Angaben in seinen Online-Inseraten haben gestimmt, ich konnte mit ihm sogar bisschen über den Preis verhandeln. Das Feriendomizil war sauber, vor allem der erste Stock (von 3 Stockwerken, alle abgetrennt und durch ein Treppenhaus erreichbar) war sehr neu und die Bäder sauber. Der Pool ist zwar nicht tief, aber um ein paar Bahnen zu schwimmen und darin zu planschen reicht es auf jeden Fall aus. Der Ausblick von den Balkonen des Hauses ist fantastisch, man sieht sowohl Hügel als auch das Meer. Grundausstattung ist in allen 3 Stockwerken vorhanden (es gibt auf jedem Stockwerk eine Küche mit Besteck, Töpfen etc.). Auch Klopapier wird für den Ankunftstag bereitgestellt, danach muss selbst nachgekauft werden. Handtücher sind inklusive. Alles in allem waren Karlo und dessen Mutter, die beide auch in dem Haus wohnen, aber abgetrennt von dem Ferienhaus, sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Ich würde dieses Ferienhaus also wärmstens weiterempfehlen! Für Freizeitmöglichkeiten und Restaurants einfach an Karlo wenden, er hat uns gute Tipps gegeben. Wir haben uns für Rafting und eine Fährenfahrt entschieden, beides sollte man sich nicht entgehen lassen und ist in Kroatien auch nicht sehr teuer. Noch ein Tipp: Falls man schlecht zu Fuß ist und kein Auto hat sollte man diese Unterkunft nicht wählen, da sie an einem steilen Hang liegt, den man jedes Mal etwa 600 Meter zur Bushaltestelle runter/hoch laufen muss. Ungefähr soweit ist es auch bis zum nächsten Supermarkt. Bäckereien liegen auch alle unten an der Hauptküstenstraße von Podstrana. Nach Split sind es etwa 20 Minuten/halbe Stunde mit dem Bus.

Beautiful, relaxing, great hosts!

Excellent location and great hosts. Our group of nine fit very comfortably into the house, and thoroughly enjoyed our short stay. Karlo was very helpful with tips about where to visit, and was fun to talk to about stuff in general. His low-key attitude helped us all relax. Highly recommend!

Fantastic

We were a group of 19 and stayed for 6 days. There was enough space for all of us. Everything looks exactly as shown in the pictures and even better! Check-in and check-out were easy and without any complications. Karlo and his mother were the best hosts we ever had. Everything was perfectly organised, for example the transfer. When we needed something, they helped us immediately and because of the fact that Karlos mother and father live next to the apartment, we could always ask them for help. They got us fresh vegetables from the garden and helped with the barbecue. As the house is located on a hill, we had our intimacy and a breathtaking view over whole Podstrana. It was very quiet at night. There is a supermarket, bakery, gym, bus station and restaurant in the neighboorhood, 5-10 minutes by walk. We recommend this apartment to bigger or smaller groups, as the house can be used as one or seperately because on every floor there is a bathroom, kitchen and balcony. This apartment is perfect!

We were in heaven!!

What a wonderful place to stay. Our group of 11 girls really were in Seventh Heaven. Fabulous views and so chilled.... 30mins from Split airport and 15mins from Split centre. We had an amazing time, Karlo and his parents were excellent hosts who went that extra mile to help us out! We even had salad from their garden! We will certainly be coming back... thank you.

A great holiday at Karlo's villa

We spent great 5 days at villa in Podstrana with our university class from Finland. Everything worked well and Karlo was very helpful host. We did also rafting with Rafting Pirates in Omis and a private boat trip on islands with Waterworld Croatia, highly recommended! All in all, tye whole holiday was successful and the house is located up in a hill which creates an awesome view over the Podstrana and you can also see the sunset from there. You won't be disappointed if choosing to stay there. By, Emma, Finland
