The Eagle has landed

Landings of Largo is a Bay-Front/Ocean Access, family friendly community. Community has two pool areas. Main pool is located near marina and has Clubhouse with full kitchen and dinning area, tennis court and a gym. Second pool is only a few steps away from condo, with Tiki huts and private BBQ's. Pools are heated all year long.

Community offers full marina, fishing pier, fish cleaning station and is well lit at night.

This corner unit will give you a bit more elbow room. Located on the second floor with a private closed-in balcony overlooking the pool. Unit is newly furnished. Master has a queen bed and Smart TV. Guest bedroom has a double bed and a twin bed also with Smart TV. Living room has a 55' TV with a oversized sofa and recliner.

Kitchen is fully updated & everything you need to cook and serve up to 6 people. Cable and WIFI included.

Many restaurants nearby as well as local shops. Miami is only a 45 min drive and Key West 1.5 hours drive. In Key Largo you'll have something to do everyday. Local fishing charters, jet-ski tours, sunset cruises and more All near-by.
State park John Pennekamp has many activities as well and is only a 10 min drive.

There are two assigned parking spots located right in front of unit.
Plus plenty of guest parking.

Sail Away to Key Largo

Had a Wonderful month long stay at Landings of Largo! Beautiful condo and location. Enjoyed fishing the dock every day and sitting by the beautiful pools. Lots of great restaurants! Our host Martha was wonderful!

Responsive and helpful management; well maintained property

Martha was helpful and responded quickly to messages. The condo was in nice shape and we really liked the closed in balcony. The Landings of Largo is a well maintained property with beautiful landscaping. We appreciated the ability to bring our jet skis with us and launch from the property. We would return.

Everything and more

The unit was nicely furnished and had everything we needed. We overlooked the smaller of the two heated pools in the gated community. Being on the 2nd floor, we did not have a private grill, however there were 2 outdoor hibachi grills by the pool that we made good use of. The other renters at Landings of Largo, and the owners were all very welcoming. Each evening there was a group gathering at the end of the dock to view the fantastic sunset. Near the large pool, there is a small weight/work out room, and also a lending library. There were many bars and restaurants just a short drive away. Although we did not meet our host, she was available by phone or text to answer any of our questions. For anyone considering the Key Largo area, we would recommend that they look at this rental.

Clean, comfortable, and peaceful

Property was as described. Very clean, and located in a quiet, gated and friendly neighborhood. Quality furnishings in a nicely decorated condo. Owner is accessible. She made everything easy, she is a pleasure to rent from. Absolutely no hesitation in completely recommending this condo or working with Martha.

Key Largo get-away

We enjoyed our stay at this cute, updated condo. The screened in porch overlooks a lovely garden area and heated pool nearby. The grounds are well-kept and offer plenty of room for play in the large pool, tennis, pickleball and bocce courts; and there is great fishing right from the dock. The community was super welcoming and fun. Host was extremely responsive to all communications. I would recommend staying here if you are visiting the Keys.

Born and raised in Florida, I can honestly say the Keys is my favorite spot of the whole state. I love the peacefulness that comes from being near the ocean, the sunset views over the bay and the laid back atmosphere that surrounds the island. I lived in Miami for 20+ years and then moved a bit north to Broward county which is where I currently reside.

Why they chose this property

While the keys is loaded with many great communities, once I visited Landings of Largo I knew "this is the one". It's a very friendly community with a great location. It's a 40 min drive to Miami and a little over an hour to Key West. How can you go wrong??
