Private: property 800 m2 (fenced), beautiful garden with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool angular, heated (8 x 4 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, terrace (15 m2), barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, sauna (extra). Hot tub (extra). Relaxation room, spa area (extra), washing machine. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 300 m, supermarket 1.2 km, restaurant 1.2 km, bus stop 1.1 km, pebble beach 5 km. Riding stable 3 km, walking paths from the house 100 m, cycle lane 150 m. Sehr gepflegtes Haus

Haus und Grundstück sehr gepflegt, geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es fehlte an nichts. Die Eigentümer sind sehr hilfsbereit. Man hat eine schöne Aussicht auf das Tal bis zum Meer.

Ein tolles Ferienhaus von sehr netten Vermietern. Wunderbarer Meerblick, Ruhe, viel Platz im Haus, auf Terrasse und im Garten. Ein großer Pool, der täglich gesäubert wird.

Hier stimmt alles - das Haus, die Lage und sehr sehr nette deutschsprechende Vermieter! Für einen Hund ganz super. In Rabac gibt es dazu einen wunderschönen Girandella dog beach, der gegen Abend auch nicht mehr voll ist. Ansonsten kann ich mich meinen Vorrednern nur anschliessen

Fantastisch uitzicht op de Adriatische zee. Ideale woning voor 4 personen. Werkelijk alles aanwezig en in orde. Airco is een troef. Zeer vriendelijke en bereidwillige eigenaar.

Tolles Haus mit mit herrlichem Pool & Garten

Dieses Haus, Garten, Pool und Meerblick sind noch viel schöner als auf den Objektbildern im Interner. Der Gastgeber spricht perfekt Deutsch und war sehr freundlich. Unsere (Familie mit 2 Kindern und Hund) Erwartungen wurden deutlich übertroffen.

Sehr schönes, gepflegtes, absolut sauberes Ferienhaus mit allem was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht. Der Meerblick ist fantastisch, kommt auf den Bildern gar nicht so rüber. Sehr netter Vermieter. Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert!

Schönes modernes Haus in Labin

Das Haus ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und umfassend eingerichtet. Die beiden Schlafzimmer im 1. OG haben je ein Bad en-suite. Gäst WC im EG. Beschreibung stimmt zu 100%. Die Lage am Ortsrand, mit Sicht auf das Meer, ist gut. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er kümmert sich täglich um das Säubern der Terasse und des Pools.

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub in Labin

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Urlaubswoche in diesem wunderbaren Haus in Labin verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, hervorragend ausgestattet und mit einem herrlichen Blick auf das Meer. Das schönste war allerdings die sehr liebevolle Betreuung durch die Vermieter. Morgens sind Pool und Grill gereinigt und wertvolle Tipps für Einkaufs- und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten gibt es ebenfalls. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

krásný výhled na moře...

byli jsme na konci září a počasí bylo ještě do 24C.Pan XXX -majitel velmi příjemný a vstřícný člověk. Dům byl čistý, vše co bylo potřeba k pobytu bylo k dispozici. Jediné na co bych upozornila je: pokud máte psy a chcete dům s plotem a myslím tím plotem ze kterého psi nemohou utéct tak není pro vás vhodný.Plot je nedostatečný, psi utíkali mimo-sousedi mají slepice,kočky,psa...My sve psy museli mit na zahradě přivázane ke kůlu což bylo velmi nepříjemné jak pro ně tak pro nas.
