The cleaning service will arrive after 10:00 AM. If you are leaving a few hours earlier or even one or more days earlier, please let us know via message so we can arrange early cleaning.
Send us a message when you get home — we always look forward to it.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

In the description I have endeavored to put a part of themselves to give you a my picture of really beautiful small Istrian village. Every word I wrote, it is true, because during my childhood I spent summer and winter holidays in the countryside.

For a good price you get: a very high level of comfort, 100m2 house, 700m2 garden with swimming pool, various equipment and the possibility of up to 8 people.

In tourist centres, a major problem is the parking place, in our Villa, parking place is reserved for you.

Very quiet location surrounded by beautiful nature, which will bring you back into balance after a grueling business year.

Convenient for children, the garden is fenced with a wall and a fence. No hustle and bustle like on the sea, because you have your own pool. At to the sea you can go when you want without haste.

Our region (Istria) is the closest to you, so you'll save money and time. This is very important in the summer when the increased traffic. At the pick of the summer season, so you can save even one day.

Fantastic position for an active vacation (hiking, sightseeing, jogging, cycling).

Practically for all seasons. In the spring growing everywhere natural asparagus in the summer is swimming season, in the autumn is grape harvest and mushroom season, and winter is the season to enjoy the warmth of the fireplace.
