We really enjoyed our stay. The house is nicely furnished and has everything you need for a holiday. We loved sitting in the garden and cooling off in the pool at the end of a hot day. Franck was helpful and friendly. Excellent!

Excellent location with stunning views.
Couldn't ask for more from the villa or Patrick.
Above and beyond our expectations.
The stay consistented of 4 adults and 2 children.
The kitchen has enough room and all the necessities, as we cooked most evenings.
Patrick is a fantastic host, who has equipped the house perfectly with everything required. It's fair to say we had some self inflicted issues, which Patrick resolved without question or stress.
The pool is a great size and is located in the ideal position from the house, which has a couple of different spots to relax, either in the sun or shade.
From all the villas our group has stayed in over the years, this is undoubtedly our favourite.

We loved staying at this property very much. The pictures don't do the outside space justice. A huge seating terrace, plus the pool, us the barbeque area. Such a beautiful place to hang out and relax. It felt like a real home from home. It is well situated just five minutes from the tram into Nice.
