Couples Getaway - this 1BR, 1 Bath rental has a full kitchen and is 1 block from all the restaurants and shops! Tastefully decorated and comfortable. A great place to snuggle up after a fun day exploring the area. Located on Kalamazoo Lake with a great view of the water from the apartment and balcony. Free parking for two vehicles and easy contact-free entry.


**Occupancy limit is 2 (including infants/children)..**

This property is part of a 3-unit building. The upper 2 units share a balcony but have separate areas for sitting (see photos). The unit is private, but is near the other 2, so please expect some interaction with other people on occasion. We have provided noisemakers to help reduce any disturbances, but please know that the location of this unit is along the main street of Saugatuck, and summer months are busy and full of people enjoying themselves late into the night. :-)

Perfect for a couple

This condo was the perfect size and absolutely perfect location! Clean and updated place with a nice view of Lake Kalamazoo. We loved being able to walk into town and we look forward to returning.

My husband and I had a lovely weekend in Saugatuck. The room was very clean, and the balcony with the lake view was an added bonus. The location is amazing. We could walk to all of the shops in downtown Saugatuck and then go back and relax on the balcony. Then we could go back out downtown for many amazing restaurants It was easy to hear our neighbors, but the hosts left a white noise machine, which helped quite a bit. We would love to stay again in the future.

Comfortable and easy

It was a comfortable convenient base to visit the Holland’s tulips and the coast. The private parking a much bigger plus than realized when booking.

Everything was a positive experience. Communication with owner, instructions were specific and property was clean and neat. Could possibly consider a new mattress in the bedroom. Everything else was comfortable and sufficient. Suggestion for a small sectional under the windows in the living room would open the room up a bit more. Loved the location! A Gem!

This was the perfect spot for our 3 night stay in Saugatuk. Close to the shops and restaurants, yet very quiet.The balcony/patio had nice views of the river with comfortable seating for two. The host provided very helpful information about the area prior to our stay so we could make plans. The property was charming and the host included many thoughtful amenities.
