Mountainview Home with Large Patio & Sport Court

Welcome to our adventure destination. Stay at our beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath newly renovated home with mountain views! You will have access to a pickleball & basketball court as well as a large patio in the backyard. Wonderful location within an easy drive from Zion, Bryce Canyon, Grand Canyon, and Lake Powell. Head to the National Parks or kick your feet up and enjoy the amenities! Rest and relax with the beautiful Mountain View and enjoy the bright stars each night from the patio!
This is a main floor unit with its own separate entrance. Outdoor spaces are shared with downstairs unit guests

Our home is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom open concept floor plan. The master bedroom has a king bed w/ attached bathroom with jacuzzi and walk in shower. Second bedroom has a queen bed as well as a crib. Third bedroom has full size bunk beds with a dedicated office space. Kitchen has a full refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, garbage disposal, pantry, and filtered water. Laundry room with full size washer and dryer. On the patio is a Traeger grill for your use, as well as an outdoor dining area, conversation set and Adirondack chairs to relax and enjoy the view. Pickleball & basketball court available for your use as well, paddles and balls are provided.

One bedrooms has a crib, baby monitor, sound machine and black out curtains. We also have a high chair, booster seat, kids dining sets and utensils at the house, as well as toys, books and sport court equipment.

Perfect location to national parks and amazing views from home!

House was perfect! We had a large family of 7 stay 2 adults and 5 kids and was comfortable. Did multiple Utah national parks like Zion and Bryce Canyon and also Grand Canyon etc. All reasonable driving distance and a grocery store and gas less than 10 minutes away. Can’t beat the outdoor adventures and this home location made it even better. Owner helpful with any questions and easy checking in with passcode.

Clean spacious home

Exactly what our family needed to close out our out-west trip at Zion National Park ~ extra spacious, open layout, big fridge, lovely kitchen, family games to play, laundry, beautiful decor,super clean, near an excellent grocery store, and a Jacuzzi! We were away from the crowds of Springdale, and didn't mind the longer drive to Zion ~ except for when we had to get up extra early due to the June heat wave and wanting to hike early to beat the heat. Note: if you follow Google maps from Zion, it may suggest you take a one-minute-shorter route that includes a dirt road. I'd advise you to add the minute and stay on pavement.

Dirty & Unsafe

Walking in, you see a beautiful layout. Then, you hear voices from the unit downstairs which creeps you out a bit but feels secure as it is a separate unit. We started checking out the house and found a pill on the floor and then another and another. We saw dust bunnies and wrappers which must have lived there for a long time under all of the beds. We found used tissues in drawers. We found disgusting stains on the couches that didn't appear to have ever been wiped down. There were crumbs and trash all in the couches. Crumbs by the counter on the floor. The appliances were disgusting. We called the owner, and she said she had never had a complaint before and after seeing the photos and being told all of this said she could send her housekeeper back the next day for "dusting". We told her we were not staying here as it is unsafe, especially with kids, and she said she would take $100 off and we had to talk her into the $150 cleaning fee back as well (putting me out almost $400). We had to spend some time finding a hotel with availability that short notice since we could not trust that beds were clean or anything in this home. How could you trust that anything was clean? The photos we took of this house are horrible, everyone we show is grossed out and said they would never stay there. I don't write reviews, but this was the worst experience I've ever had with a rental or hotel. The owner should have cancelled our reservation and said she would look into this.

Unfortunate mishap

I will start w/ Check-in was great and owners were great at responding to any questions prior to stay. My family (1 of 2) had arrived first and when we pulled up to the property, there was a white van parked next to the driveway in the rocks. My spouse & I were asking each other who that could possibly be & to keep an eye out. Upon inspecting the property, we noticed in the backyard there was a separate entrance that had stairs down to a basement & thought maybe the owners lived onsite even though the listing didn't state that. We also had no knowledge of there being a basement since that wasn't mentioned in the listing when we booked our VRBO 8 months prior to travels on Nov. 26 2021. My sis-in-law & family arrived a little while after us and we asked them about the white van which they said it was gone. My sis in law went out to her vehicle later and calls me and says please tell my brother and husband that a white van pulled up with a bunch of people getting out. We were scared because our small children were playing in the unfenced backyard. We spoke to the people in the van and asked who they were because we weren't aware of anyone else staying on the premise. They said they're renting the VRBO in the basement & they also were not notified of anyone else renting the upstairs. Later around 7pm we were making dinner and all of a sudden our water cut out and nothing was coming out of any faucet in the bathroom or kitchen. I went downstairs to the basement to see if they had any water and they also said they didn't. I contacted the owner, and it was a Sunday, and she said she wasn't sure but it might possibly be turned off because of the drought. It was unfortunate b/c we traveled well over 12 hours and wanted to shower from being cooped up in our vehicles. The owner did offer to reimburse H20 if we drove 15 mins to a store to purchase which didn't help us at that time since we were making dinner. The water pressure was dismal during random hours throughout our entire stay, which was disappointing b/c there were so many of us needing to shower. Another issue was the 10pm quiet hours time which wasn't disclosed on the initial listing and emailed to us 3 days prior. We contacted VRBO customer service who confirmed the owner didn't disclose on listing 10p quiet hours, basement rental, & h20 issues plus listing still advertised the airstream which was changed to a much smaller cheaper camper. CS said we'd be contacted by owner which didn't happen.

Southwest Vacation

This place was so great. Comfortable, clean, ALL the basic kitchen needs, the basketball/tennis court. Everything. The check in process was seamless, and when I had a question I quickly got an answer, and then some. It was close enough to all the great things we were there to see. If we travel back to the same area I wouldn’t hesitate to book it again.

Great place!

This house is awesome! The backyard is the best part. Close enough to Zion and many other cool places. Julie was also very responsive and helpful. I’d highly recommend!

Had a great time!

Property was very nice with all the necessities included! So nice to have paper towels, dish soap, etc all there when we arrived so we didn’t have to run right out to the store. Bed was super comfortable! Thank you for letting us use your great home!! We had such a fantastic time!

Delicious restaurants are located in Hurricane and on the road towards Zion. Bees Marketplace is a great grocery store 8 minutes away.
