The apartment, about 55 m², consists of the following rooms: a living room with kitchen, flat screen TV and double sofa bed; a bedroom next to it with a double bed; a fully equipped kitchen with stove, coffee machine and dining area and an adjacent bathroom with shower.
The terrace is equipped with modern furniture. The property is fenced and therefore ideal for children.
