Lovely property close to beach and shops. Well appointed with everything our two families needed. Beds were comfortable, dogs had a great time. Would 100% stay again.

Awesome house! We were within walking distance to the beach and Brown Dog Ice Cream. The host was very responsive. Always love Cape Charles and this house was perfect!

Thank you for staying ! Love to have you back . Yes Browns Ice Cream being behind on the home on Mason, is dangerous for everyone's waist line, but then you can run around town or the beach.. MOst people do not even rent golf carts, since the home is just 2 blocks to the beach. Come again sometime, Festive fridays are great.

Such a cute house with an amazing backyard! The location was perfect, as it was situated next to the shops and just a few minutes from the beach, so walkable! The house was very pet friendly and the host was super easy to communicate with. We had a wonderful stay!

Loved our stay in Cape Charles. The house was very clean and well appointed with everything we needed. Our host was very communicative and provided clear instructions. It was an ideal location with a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend!

Very short walk to restaurants, shops and the beach. Fenced in yard with a hose to rinse the sand off. Dog friendly.

Great rental

We stayed here for the week of July 4th and really enjoyed it. Lovely property and perfect location, very convenient to the beach and downtown.

The property was well kept, & provided everything needed to make meals. We couldn't have found a better location, especially with little ones who cant walk very far.

We wanted to leave the original posts exposed so everyone can see the wood used in the early 1800's for true balloon framing. Thank you for staying ! Hep my pups love the yard. Hope you can return some time, May and June are great times as well to have a nice warm beach day , without the crowds ! Thank you for taking such great care of the home as well. Festive Fridays in December are a world of fun and filled with cookies and more in the streets, maybe do a quick time over to the town again for Christmas shopping and the sales.

Beautiful shore charm house...

Great stay at a great location. It was a perfect balance of an original Cape Charles house with modern renovations that made our stay so wonderful. Super easy to get to the beach and so many great restaurants either walking distance or by golf cart. Would stay here again for sure.

Great location and back yard

We had 4 adults and 2 kids for a fantastic week at Cape Charles. Location is great for walking to ice cream, beach and shops. Super back yard that’s fenced and a perfect place to relax with your dogs.

Thank you for staying. Yes this is great place right close to everything .. and the back yard keeps my pups in . I am so glad you had a good time, you just missed the fruit flies when you departed on the 17th, everyone in town had them suddenly , the following Monday, so keep that in mind for next year ..So you hit the perfect week, and I am glad you had the opportunity.
