Escape to the Surfing Sandpiper!

This newly renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home in North Forest Beach, is just steps away from the beach. This charming vacation rental is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the scenic beauty of the area.

The First bedroom is a Master bedroom that has a king bed and en-suite bathroom that features two separate vanities and a walk in shower. The first guest room has a queen bed. The third room has a double bed, bunk bed, and additional pull out trundle to bring the home's sleeping number to 9. The two guest rooms share a hall bathroom that has two vanities and a tub/shower combination to fit any families needs.

The beautifully renovated kitchen is fully equipped stainless steel appliances and granite counter top. The Kitchen also has small island that opens up to the living room. The living area off the kitchen is a great place to spend time with family and friends, to cook, and dine together.

The house features a 10' x 25' swimming pool with a swim ledge and integrated spa jets, providing a perfect place to cool off after a long day in the sun. After taking a dip in the pool or returning from the beach, the outdoor shower is a great place to rinse off. The fenced-in backyard oasis is a wonderful place to relax, with plenty of seating and ambiance to enjoy. Did we mention this home also has a small putting green?

Take a short bike ride to Coligny Plaza, where you can find a variety of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options. Book your stay at the Surfing Sandpiper today and experience the best of North Forest Beach!

This house was the perfect size for our small group of 4 adults, one child and 2 small dogs. The backyard was completely private which was fantastic and the proximity of the beach was a very short, easy walk. We had a great time and would easily stay here again.

Perfect Getaway

Great place for a family vacation. It was exciting to be able to take our large dogs and enjoy the beach only a small walk away. The pool was and back yard were perfect for privacy and just hanging out when the beach was crowded.

This lovely property was all we could have asked for in a vacation home! It is as charming as the pictures show. It was so nice to find a place that was just the right size for our small group.The kitchen is well appointed, and the availability of extra equipment that we could choose for the beach was a wonderful option. Our little grandsons really appreciated the backyard pool, and the adults did too! And the property is located very close to the beach; just a quick walk of a couple blocks. Coligny Plaza is also very nearby, with shops, restaurants, grocery store, etc. All in all, I couldn’t ask for more in a vacation property!

Family stay

Property offers a very cozy feel and feels almost like there are no neighbors with the enclosed and private backyard with the pool. The walk to the beach is a short 2 to 3 minutes, so you get the easy access to the beach without having to be directly on the beach. House has been updated throughout and has a modern yet comfortable feel. Would definitely recommend to others

Nice place short walking distance to the beach my only suggestion is hire a better cleaning crew the house was not very clean cobwebs inside the house noticeable and floors filthy other then that the pool in back yard was nice.

Lovely home away from home

This property is very well taken care of and a joy to spend the week in. The management company was extremely quick to resolve any concerns we had. The only down side was bedroom 3 was described as a queen bed with twin bunk beds in the room. It was actually only a double bed with twin bunk beds

Perfect Family Getaway

We had a wonderful stay while at Sandpiper. Overall, the home is well equipped with everything you need! It's very cozy and welcoming. Proximity to the beach is just a short 3 minute walk and 7 minute bike ride to Coligny Plaza. We had five adults for our stay and house was perfect for that size. The Property Management team is extremely communicative and attentive. We submitted a maintenance request and someone was there within hours. We look forward to our next visit to HHI!
