The fenced-in area with a pool and tiki hut bar is the perfect place to unwind, host lively gatherings, and escape from the everyday hustle and bustle, all while enjoying the beauty of the outdoors and the pleasures of a tropical vacation right at home. It is fully fenced for privacy and furry friends but also has one of the largest private pools in North Forest Beach as well as a four hole putting green. The large sunbathing deck surrounding the pool has an attached spa and a spacious outdoor tiki bar. Also, for your convenience there is a half bath which is accessed directly from the outside pool area plus an outside shower for rinsing off when returning from the beach! There is ample seating for all of your outdoor needs!

The dining room has space for ten guests and the adjacent kitchen breakfast bar can accommodate an additional four. There is a fully stocked kitchen, featuring granite counter tops, with all you will need to prepare a great meal or to serve something that you picked up at one of the fantastic restaurants on Hilton Head Island. The kitchen is flanked by a front and rear living room, each with flat screen TV's and a computer station. For easy access, the rear living area opens up directly to the pool and spa, with several full glass panel doors.

When it is time to get out of the sun and call it a day you can adjourn to one of five spacious bedrooms with adjoining baths. This 5-bedroom home offers the perfect coastal retreat. The property features three spacious king suites, each with its own en-suite bathroom for ultimate privacy and comfort. Additionally, there is a cozy queen guest room and a versatile guest room with two beds one full and one twin, perfect for accommodating family and friends. The bathrooms have a mixture of spa quality walk in showers. Towels and linens will be provided as well as a some items to get you started!
